I really hope he talks to that sweet lady one day.

This, all of this. I wonder if he'd be more inclined if he was informed the internet wants him to?

Wistful Dream

Yeah, would his fans wanting him to talk to her help? ~laughs~ He's just a sweetheart.

So how did the pancakes turn out??  :-)

marauder13

No matter how good they were, they are not as good as the ones that Mrs M13 is making right now.

I just need to wait for the Blonde Horde to get their first hit, so I don't lose any limbs when I go for mine.

MMMMMMMmmmmmmmmm!

*wants pancakes*

Beguile's Mistress

He really needs to make some pancakes for his church lady.  Sharing skills and pancakes is what life is all about. :-)

Or one morning Blythe may wake up to find that Blydad brought the church lady home and spent the night engaged in what my grandmother called "canoodling".  Blythe could make pancakes and they could all sit down for a nice cozy breakfast.

Blythe

(Context: I forgot to put in headphones and Blydad overheard me listening to this)

Blydad: Why are you listening to Justin Timberlake stripper music?
Me: ...
Me: I have no good reason
Me: Other than I really like it
Blydad: Well, look, those lyrics are terrible
Blydad: I got better lyrics, cooler lyrics
Blydad: *clears throat and sings off-key*
Blydad: Shake that thing
Blydad: But show some class
Blydad: Now be a good son
Blydad: And take out the trash
Me: ...
Me: If I don't go take out the trash in the kitchen are you going to sing more at me?
Blydad: Yes, because I guarantee I've got a second verse in me somewhere.
Me: I'll go take it out. Your dad levels are off the charts right now.
Me: Anything to save me from verse two.
Blydad: I win at adulting right now so much.

I'd buy this album in a heart beat :P

Dad level is over 9000!   :-*

Blydad: I had to get up this morning and get bloodwork done, ugh.
Me: Aww.
Blydad: I couldn't have anything to drink or eat for several hours.
Blydad: Do you know how awful it is to do without coffee? Even for a few minutes?
Me: ...without caffeine, yes. Coffee specifically? No.
Blydad: Ugh.
Blydad: I get where they're coming from though.
Blydad: I drink so much coffee...
Blydad: ...that I'm sure there was a legitimate risk of drawing coffee from my veins, not blood.
Me: So you're saying that them asking you not to eat or drink...
Blydad: Is so there's actual blood to draw, I'm sure.
Blydad: Unless they want to test my coffee and tell me how healthy it is.

Him and my grandmother sound like kindred souls. XD

Blydad really loves Terry Pratchett. A lot. I got started reading Pratchett's stuff because I was in a blah place & Blydad found the Discworld ones in a local library years 'n years ago. <_<

Blydad likes the books with Granny Weatherwax or the Silver Horde the best. ^^

Remiel

Yeah, I can see that.  Have you guys read The Last Hero?

If not, I highly recommend it.

Blythe

While we were out driving...

Blydad: oh my god
Blydad: OH MY GOD
Blydad: LOOK
Blydad: it's a '67 Impala
Me: ....I know you like old cars; it's been a good day for those. We saw that 'Cuda earlier and--
Blydad: NO YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND
Blydad: it's just like from Supernatural down to the color and everything
Blydad: and they parked their Impala outside the old hotel
Blydad: and everyone in town says that place is haunted and I just...I just....
Blydad: .....have to circle the block again, I have to look at that car again and just wonder what an episode of Supernatural would be like in our little town!
Blydad: *screams in the most fanboy noise I've ever heard him make*
Me: I did not realize you were such a fan of Supernatural; I only know you watched it sometimes
Blydad: *screams louder and honks at the Impala happily after we re-circle the block*

How did you end up with Peter Pan as a parental unit, Bly? <3

Maybe you can convince him to take you to the next Supernatural Con.
