Vermont Coven
The Mansion
A little over two centuries ago, a vampire came from Europe to claim a North American territory as her own. Having no care for the British empire, Katherina established herself in the north of the state of Vermont, in the Appalachian mountains to live in peace. Far enough from the town of Marshboro not to attract attention, but close enough to have food at hand, the coven grew steadily. The coven has now grown to thirteen, with some visitors that came and went as they passed by. From high on it's mountain, the mansion has a unique view over the small town that was established before the mansion was ever built.
At the turn of the 20th century, the resources pooled by the founding vampires allowed them to have a manor built by their standards, keeping in mind all the particularities of their kind. It is only once the manor was completed that the system of dolls was implemented. Authorities were growing suspicious, finding drained corpses, and to have blood dolls was so much safer.
Basement
No longer the main home of the dolls, the basement has been made into five rooms. In the south east corner lies the panic room, which is in fact the cell for the vampires who have broken the laws and are sentenced to death by the sun. It is the only place in the whole mansion where the window isn't somehow disguised to appear normal. There are two bunk bed rooms, with a total of 10 beds each, and one large full bathroom for the dolls to groom themselves. The rest of the space is quite open and made to provide entertainment to the 10 to 20 dolls living in. The door to the first floor of the mansion can only be opened by the thumb print of an authorized vampire. The stairs lead up to the kitchen area. Nowadays, the basement is used only for dolls that cannot be given the benefit of doubt. Other dolls live in the wing that has been added for their use.
First Floor
The first floor is the common floor, where the vampires spend much of their day time. There is a fully equipped kitchen to cook the food for the mortals, in a large open space with a dining table that can easily sit twelve. The dining area leads into the living room, which is the central room of the mansion. From there, one can go into the library with its rows upon rows of bookshelves, the game room with it's pool table or the media room which is fully equipped with a top notch home theater.
Second Floor
The second floor is divided in eight equal suites of one bedroom and one full bathroom which the vampires are invited to decorate as they wish.
Third Floor
The second floor is divided in six equal suites - larger than the one below - of one bedroom and one full bathroom which the vampires are invited to decorate as they wish.
Fourth Floor
This floor covers only a small portion of the whole surface of the mansion. It has only two master suites, dedicated to the two leaders of the Coven
Fifth Floor
Last top floor that can be reached only through the leaders' private room, it is in part used by a sitting room and a porch, but most of it is occupied by Eva's painting studio.
The Doll Wing
The dolls are free to roam into the wing as they see fit. They also have access to the garden and the pool. The door between the Doll's wing and the rest of the manor is also opened to them, so that they can come in the kitchen and eat, or use any of the furniture available in the manor. Rooms are furnished with the basics: bed, bed table with a lamp and an alarm clock and a dresser. Vampires are allowed to give the doll more furniture as they see fit.
Every washroom has toilet stalls, sinks and either shower stalls or bath stalls. There is no gender assigned to these rooms, as they afford enough privacy for both gender to use it at the same time without ever coming in contact with one another.
Computers are available for use and have a network connection so that games can be played together. However, the network has no access to internet. It has zero access to the outside world so it can't even be hacked.

Small town of about 20,000 inhabitant.
The Laws
Coven Laws
These are the laws particular to this coven. Should it enter in conflict with the Vampire Laws at one point or another, the Vampire Law prevails. Kate Devos is the law enforcer. As leader of a coven, she has the right to enforce the Vampire Laws as well as Coven Laws without being punishable for taking the life of a fellow vampire.
A Vampire may claim up to two dolls. However the claiming of a doll is optional. A doll should be claimed with a good reason and not simply to hoard a supply of blood. The Vampire must ensure he can take care of the first doll in an appropriate way before claiming a second doll.
A Vampire is responsible for the health of its doll(s). They should be fed, clothed and kept healthy. They have a right to their dignity. A negligence to keep a doll healthy may lead to the removal of the claim. A repeated offense would lead to a removal of the Coven.
No Vampire may use another Vampire's claimed doll without permission of the owner. Permission should be asked, always. Should it be proven that this is the result of a misleading doll, the offended Vampire will have the power to punish his doll as he sees fit. Should it be the Vampire's fault, the punishment is exile from the Coven and its territory. Should the vampire by seen within the limit of the Vermont Coven (the whole state of Vermont), it is a duty of the Vampire to kill the exile and report to Kate or Ema Devos and be pardoned.
No gross abuse of a doll will be tolerated. Punishment should be proportional to the fault. Constant physical or mental abuse of a doll (excluding feeding) will not be tolerated.
Doll Rights
A doll has a right to food, to clothes, to bathe and groom as needed.
A doll may not refuse feeding to a Vampire unless it has been fed upon in the last week, or the Vampire is one other than their Master
A doll who escapes the perimeter is condemned to death. The doll will not be brought back, but rather killed on site and her body disposed of. If the trust level is high enough between Vampire and claimed doll, the Vampire may leave the mansion with their doll. It will be their responsibility to find and dispose of the doll if it escapes.
A doll lives in the basement. Should the Vampire owner of the doll decide otherwise, the responsibility of ensuring the doll will not escape the perimeter is theirs.

NPC
Yelena Danikova
Yelena Danikova was sentenced to serve as intermediary between Vampires and dolls for using the doll of another Vampire without their approval. It is a fancy way to say that Yelena is now below Vampire status in the eyes of all, but still one step above the mortals. She is a glorified maid, who can be called upon to get a doll or get food and clothing for a doll.
George 'Gorge' Walters
Gorge, who served in the military with Jonathan Winters, was a friend of Heather and her brother's parents and Heather's godfather. When her parents passed away, Heather offered to scratch him so that he could watch after her and her brother. Gorge's main responsibility now is running the pack's HQ front. He is one of the founding members of Heather's pack.
