Appearance

Alex stature may be slightly shorter then his fellow males, but due to years of training and taking after the knight that he had squired to his body is well toned. Lean and lithe he tends to use his speed and agility to his advantage. His body has a pale skin tone, and has a few scattered battle scars that he gained over the years of hunting. What looks like claw marks on his right shoulder, a slash on his chest where his heart would be. And he is always wearing the locket that once belonged to someone close to him.

Personality

Adam when he was younger was full of spirit and passion, which may or may not have gotten him into a few sticky situations. His love for honor and adventure always had him striving for more. But most of all his heart was always open, which is what probably explains why he is the he is today. After the loss of his love and years of roaming Adam's heart has become closed off and cold. He seemed to be to enjoy his solitude at least one would think such things with the way he pushes people away. Some may say he is cold, but in truth he is simply avoiding the pain of loss. A pain he keeps well hidden, even if some can see the loneliness in his eyes from time to time.

Despite the way he tries to keep people at bay, those that know him best know there is much more to dark youth. He still holds onto a sense of honor though, treating those as they should be treated and striking out against the great evils of the world. Even if he believes that he has slowly become one of them. He his loyal to a fault once you have earned his trust, and still hold true to the chivalrous ways of the past. Thus he cannot stand to see a woman struck, or forced against her will. One can still see glimpses of his passion or light within his art, his paintings that rarely see the light of day show there may still be hope for his lost heart.

Ons: Adam is mostly a traditional man, he enjoys to make love to a woman, to explore and learn every part of her in intimate detail. He seeks to please her and have her shivering in his arms, only to beg for more. He does seem to take the lead, yet he has never had a woman complain of such an act. (kissing, touching, petting, nibbling, oral, teasing, light bondage, a bit of control, and please his partner till they are left shaking.)

History

Adam was born in 1453 just around the end of the 100 year war. His parents were not of noble birth, but they were still in good standing within the kingdom they called home. It allowed him to grow up watching the workings of the kingdom, the comings and goings of the nobles. And most of all the gallant knights that would stand justly by their king and defended the lands, even as a small child he found himself wishing to become one of them. And to stand side by side with men he could call brothers, and to most of all defend the princess. After all what was a knight without a princess?

When he finally became of age Adam had the chance to become a squire to a knight name Maxwell. He was a tall handsome man, a grand warrior to be sure, but a bit of an ass as well. Yet despite any meager thing Maxwell had Adam do he accomplished it with gusto, if only to get the chance to learn how to be a knight as well. Now of course as any story like this would go Adam had a Princess. A young beauty named Belladonna, she was as far as he concerned beyond compare. And even with her beauty and wealth she still had a large loving heart. A heart he wished despite the laws would one day learn to love him. Those few wonderful years were filled with his tending to the knight, learning to hone his very own skills and falling hopelessly in love with Belladonna.

But as all these stories go Adam found that not all beast can be cut down, no matter how noble the Knight. One night when all seemed calm Adam had planned to visit with Belladonna in the gardens once more when terror crept into the castle. He did not know it then, but it was a rogue vampire. The horrible beast cut through the castle leaving a trail of blood in its wake. Guardsmen fell, as did the noble night Sir Maxwell. So few left and there his loved stood softly clinging to him looking for protection. He swore he would protect her or die trying...he just didn't expect to come back.

Adam wounded and bleeding to death was forced to watch as the Vampire killed Belladonna, laughing the whole time as if it were sport to see the heart of two young lovers torn out with one blow. Adam tried to stand to avenge his loves lost life but his body would not listen. And soon as a group of Vampires that had come to punish and do away with the beast appeared he realizes he'd not get the chance. But he would not be allowed to slip quietly into the good night, no seeing his noble sacrifice and the fact that he still tried to fight one of the Vampires choose him. Promising him the chance to have his revenge, and to prevent this from ever happening again, of course Adam accepted not truly understanding what he was getting into, but still that night he was turned...that night he shut away his heart.

Years passed and he was taught not only how to live with his second life, but how to hunt those that would harm the balance of things. He spent the next several hundred years hunting the vampire or other beasts that broke their laws or harmed the innocent. He took lovers from time to time as he tried to kill the darkness within him. But he could wipe the image of the woman he had loved so much away, no matter how eager his companion may have been.

So in this modern day Adam still stands alone and has found himself in Vermont, only to find a lost treasure he thought he'd never see again. His Belladonna brought in by another man. It was the first time since his creation that he was tempted break their laws and steal away the girl even if that meant killing the brute that had her. Thankfully she was not claimed and is now alone, and for the first time since he was young Adam prays he can find enough heart within him for her to love...if only for a brief moment.
