The Setting

A vampire, tired to live hiding her nature, has gathered enough money from interested parties as well as used her own personal fortune to buy a large piece of land away from large cities. This large piece of land was used to build a private community where there each family must have at least one member who isn't purely human. The supernatural creatures are allowed to be themselves and use their strength, their speed, their natural appearance without restraint. Now that invites were sent and houses are beginning to sell, Eleanor is beginning to feel like her set goal might be reached. Now if all those supernatural creatures could set their difference aside...

The Community

Located within the limits of Indian Lake, in upstate New York, the private community is surrounded on all sides by a thick layer of forest that keeps prying eyes away. On its southern and eastern border the community is bordered by a lake rather than the thick and high wall that goes around the northern and western edges. It is a very private community where the tenants are screened based on their supernatural nature. It is a fairly new development, which has opened its gates in late may 2014.

No killing allowed on the premises
Keep your land clean at all times
Warn your neighbors if you plan a party in your yard that risks to go late into the night (better yet, invite them)
Bring any complaints to the Community manager, the community guards
Breaking the rule of secrecy is punishable by banishment
