Appearance

Laenfal appears to be in his mid-twenties and has a willow symbol marked on his left shoulder. He has long, brown, wavy hair and light green eyes. He doesn't grow much facial hair but he has a small patch just below his lip.

Personality

He is quiet, shy, and mostly to himself though he will speak up if nature is in harm's way or in his shop. He gets nervous around big bodies of water and pools since he can't swim. He never found it useful enough to learn and when he tried at a young age he nearly drown. Once you get to know him though he is kind and sweet, and even quite feminine at times.

History

The elf lived in a forest in another state until recently before deciding to move to Sommerfield, hearing it was a new community for non-humans. Once there, he got a nice house on the outside of town where his massive garden wouldn't bother anyone. He only hopes he doesn't get a neighbor with a sensitive nose since all the flowers and herbs together can smell quite strongly. He usually goes by Lane nowadays since whenever people write his name they spell it wrong as "Lanefall" and after awhile he gave up.

His parents passed long ago, they were in a hairy fight with a couple of werewolves. He doesn't hate them though since it was mostly his parents fault. While hunting one night they accidentally shot a werewolf, mistaking it for a normal wolf. They fought the being's family and lost due to their lack of physical strength. It isn't hard to believe since Laenfal remembered his parents being stubborn jerks anyway, more disgraces to the Salix Clan than anything.

In the Salix clan, each Wood Elf is born with the symbol of the great willow on either their right or left arm. That symbol determines which side the elf will be best with when using bows or doing other tasks. Laenfal's left eye is his stronger eye and he hits more targets closing his right eye than closing his left. He is left-handed as well, and is better with the bow using his left arm.
