Appearance

Long, pin-straight brown hair going just past her shoulders. She is short, just over 5'4" and has a diminutive build. She looks delicate, but looks can be deceiving. She is stronger than her lean and lithe muscles should have her be, and she is faster than human too. Her curves a pretty much proportional to her build, though she might appear to be a bit heavier in the chest. Her breasts aren't huge by any stretch, but more than enough to fill a hand comfortably. The one thing that brands her as not fully human at first glance are her all-black irises, like bottomless pits. She still look like she's about seventeen, her aging process being brought down to a grind for a reason unknown to her.

Personality

For the most part, Marie-Belle is a sweet young woman. She loves her job and being in contact with people. Talking and helping them through some tension and sometimes some pain, she finds to to be fulfilling at many levels. She doesn't really like gossip and will listen but not partake in it having been on the wrong end of it more than once.

Her demonic influence is felt in her anger, in the strong touch of her hands or in the speed of her reflexes, but otherwise she looks and behave as human. She loves flowers but doesn't have a green thumb. She's a hopeless romantic who is hoping for the knight in shining armor but who will keep that hope buried deep. She has not known the embrace of a boyfriend, even if she has kissed and even fooled around a bit in hopes to be accepted in a fully human society.

History

Marie-Belle is born in France, product of a mating between a dark witch and her demonic familiar. She lived with her mother until the age of one, at which time the mother was declared unfit to raise a child and taken by the youth protection services. Her mother's nearest relative was in North America and thus the child as adopted by the American couple who gave them the man's last name. Marie-Belle Dumont became Marie-Belle Wright and thus began a life without magic, demons, or any supernatural influences

Somehow, people always seemed to sense there was something off with her. As a child, she made no friends in spite of her attempts. She was bullied in school, and mocked for her ability to sometimes predict the future accurately but being unable to do it on demand. Very soon, after being changed of school for the second time. Marie-Belle learned not to talk about whatever she felt through whatever sixth sense that she had. She was still being picked on because of her black eyes, or because she still managed to look so much younger than she really was.

College was a pain. She focused onto her classes and decided to ignore the whole social aspect of it after she admitted a crush to a guy and realized later that he had been using her and seeing other girls on the side. Even though her adoptive parents were truly supportive an optimistic. When she reached 24 years old, she was told that her biological mother had died years back and she was given a rather considerable about of money in inheritance. She paid her college debt and that's when she heard about Sommerfield. Thinking that she might find there a community that would accept her better than any other before, she bought herself a house and rented a space in the Athletic sports club to offer massage to the people of the community.
