Someone pointed out that Trump has a massive swelling/bulb underneath his right eye in the most recent video from the White House, the one where he accuses China more openly than in any of the previous ones. Is the glob a sign of some medical by-effect, or of an inflammation near his nose?

I guess... I mean... if it's true that he's never done it then by all means point out that he's never done it. But if he has done it... eek. Probably don't say he hasn't heh.

The second debate between Biden and Trump is off. When the arrangers did the sensible thing and decreed it was going to be a virtual debate, from different tv studios, due to safety concerns over the virus (which Trump most likely still has in his body, the effects held down by powerful drugs), Trump was like "Hell no, I'm not wasting my time if I'm not allowed to meet Joe in the same hall face to face!".

Presumably the arrangers had floated the idea of a plexiglass barrier and got that nixed by Trump's team. Also, they may have claimed the right to cut off either guy's mic for a little while if he kept interrupting the other too much.

While I have a feeling this is more of a troll than any honest attempt at discussion, I'll tackle the second part of this.

It should not be said he has never condemned white supremacy/racism when he has made speeches condemning them.  What you are not taking into account is that those speeches were written by his staff and made AFTER he has made comments like "there are many fine people on both sides".  He has NEVER willingly come out and condemned the hate groups right from the start on his own.  Never.  He has to circle back around and make the speeches after the uproar of his refusing to do so smacks him in the face.

He is not being honest about his condemnation.  He is doing it because it was made clear to him that he has to.  His remarks at the debate for the Proud Boys to stand back and stand by making it clear what HE personally believes.  The fact that he then tried to cover his butt by saying he did not know who the Proud Boys are was just a lame-duck excuse to try and avert a backlash.  The fact is, he knows exactly who the Proud Boys are because his bosom buddy Roger Stone knows who they are.

So, in closing (because I am still sick and prefer more sleep over trying to point out how wrong Trump is to someone who obviously just wants to stir the pot), yes, it is wrong to say he has never condemned white supremacy.  It is more accurate to say "He has never WILLINGLY condemned white supremacy".  Should also note that all those clips in the video are from 2017.  It's 2020 now.  He does what he wants now because he is never held accountable for his actions.

Fracking is a harmful practice which has led to poisoning water supplies and scale 7 earthquakes in places which have never before experienced earthquakes, among many other things. The problem is that it is a very lucrative practice. That makes it difficult for a pro-environment candidate to condemn or condone it. Either outcome is bad. It's a safe bet we will not see an end to fracking under Biden/Harris, but that the hot potato will be tossed back and forth between successive Republican and Democrat administrations with fewer and greater regulations, even as it ceases being profitable at all. Exactly like coal.

It's important to note the timeline of the compilation video of Trump condemning white nationalism. The times when he was able to actually include the relevant words in a general malaise of word soup about hatred and bigotry were shortly after events in Charlottesville which led to direct, sustained pressure on him to say the correct thing and only after repeated opportunities and failures on his part to utter those condemnations. The compilation misses all context.

No, he does not condemn white nationalism. Not in the way that he should, and it's a national embarrassment. Trump as a white supremacism is storied and credible and getting him to ever distance himself from that support is unreasonably difficult.

I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt that you want to understand these issues. The way you've posed your questions, though, is strikingly similar to right wing news hypotheticals floated out to rile people up without explicitly espousing lies. This is specifically what the recent court verdict that "no reasonable person" would believe Tucker Carlson's rhetoric was about.
