You know I was joking about cursing Trump because of that Mr Rogers story, but it actually sounds even weirder upon further thought. I get the idea that Trump did empower radical groups more, but the word radical hasn't exactly been seen as a positive one for a while in US politics especially with how much people say Radical Islam. I wonder if they basically wanted to use Trump to get more attention or if they've just not listened to the news until now somehow? Radical hasn't even been a term people frowned on just because of the right wing people have been afraid of leftist radicals for a long time, hell since communism first came around.

Yeah but like, even though it'd be nice to I couldn't really claim Mr Rogers as a part of far left radicals. Ya know? I'm not sure if he ever had a full like political manifesto? This morning, watching the centenary celebrations from Paris, London and Brussels, I finally saw him sporting a large umbrella to shield himself and Melania. Never thought I would see him do that - many of us know how reluctant US and UK leaders are to use that kind of protection in rain, ever since Neville Chamberlain posed with an umbrella after arriving home from Muncih and declared the news of "peace in our time!". 

And it wasn't even heavy rain this time... (most of the guests did use an umbrella though, as they walked down the Champs-Elysées)

The inmates are not being MADE to fight the fire.  "The inmates are part of a volunteer firefighting program run by the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR). They're paid $2 a day, and $1 an hour when fighting an active fire. They also earn time off their sentences."
