Power 3 I have decided on, and I will mention it here because powers are the things I obsess over and try to prevent them from being too overpowered, is the ability to manipulate lightning to knockout electrical devices by basically sending electricity where it shouldn't go. @GM: How vital is the picture representing our transformed state? Would a lengthy description work better? I've got an idea in my head, and I'm simply not finding a picture that properly represents it.

Also, should I assume there is no like... themes between transformed costumes? Like no specific colors per planet, or even like... a general motif?

My biggest limiter in finding pictures is that I was thinking of having my dude be blind (but able to perceive the world around him through feeling the wind and precognition). So regular pic in Sunglasses, and then a veil/blindfold (kinda like a Miraluka from Star Wars) when he transforms.

You don't have to include a picture of the transformed state. A description would work fine.

There are no themes for the transformed costumes. People can choose whatever sort of armour or costume they want, within reason. It is most definitely encouraged for people to incorporate elements of their powers into their transformed states.
