Louisiana Coven
Créatures De La Nuit
Créatures De La Nuit is a classy strip club. While girls go topless, it follows every other other rules set forth by clubs existing before. Therefore, the girls are not to be touched.
The employees are Dolls or Vampires, from the barmaid to the dancer, from the bouncer to the manager. Although the place has just opened, it has been a long time coming and thus the word has spread. It is a quite normal place, at first glance: a bar, tables, a stage for the dances, everything in the right lighting for atmosphere and for the gents and ladies to enjoy the show.
Louisiana Coven Home
Known by vampire to be the place to go for a room when one plans to spend some time in Louisiana. Home to the Leader of the coven, the whole state of Louisiana is under their jurisdiction. The apartment is covering the 3/4 of the surface of the whole building, the 1/4 being occupied by the strip club.
All apartments are relatively small, most offer one open space room (with a tiny kitchen, place for a double bed, a small couch, a small table for 2 and some furniture like a desk, a chest of drawers, etc.) and a full bathroom. This used to be an hotel. Every single room as been redone recently, basically from scratch, as the place was in ruins when Falk bought it. All apartments have two doors. One to the balcony leading to the street, and one patio door leading to a small walled-in garden where one could find a quiet place to talk and soak in one of the two hot tubs.

New Orleans (Bourbon Street)
Bourbon Street (French: Rue du Bourbon) is a street in the heart of New Orleans' oldest neighborhood, the French Quarter in New Orleans, Louisiana. It extends 13 blocks from Canal Street to Esplanade Avenue. While it is now primarily known for its bars and strip clubs, Bourbon Street's history provides a rich insight into New Orleans' past.
Coven Laws
These are the laws particular to this coven. Should it enter in conflict with the Vampire Laws at one point or another, the Vampire Law prevails.
A Vampire may claim up to two dolls. However the claiming of a doll is optional. A doll should be claimed with a good reason and not simply to hoard a supply of blood. The Vampire must ensure he can take care of the first doll in an appropriate way before claiming a second doll.
A Vampire is responsible for the health of its doll(s). They should be fed, clothed and kept healthy. They have a right to their dignity. A negligence to keep a doll healthy may lead to the removal of the claim. A repeated offense would lead to a removal of the Coven.
No Vampire may use another Vampire's claimed doll without permission of the owner. Permission should be asked, always. Should it be proven that this is the result of a misleading doll, the offended Vampire will have the power to punish his doll as he sees fit. Should it be the Vampire's fault, the punishment is exile from the Coven and its territory. Should the vampire by seen within the limit of the Vermont Coven (the whole state of Vermont), it is a duty of the Vampire to kill the exile and report to Kate or Ema Devos and be pardoned.
No gross abuse of a doll will be tolerated. Punishment should be proportional to the fault. Constant physical or mental abuse of a doll will eventually attract the local's attention. If human authorities are getting involved the claim on the doll will be revoked and the vampire strongly encouraged to leave the area.
Dolls must be bound Jocelin has a power of compulsion that will bind a doll to the club, or to the vampire who claims her. This means that the doll will not be able to leave the vicinity. They are also bound to keep the existence of a vampire secret. That means that even if they want to talk about it, they can't, the words just refuse to come out of their mouth, to be written, or expressed in any way.
Doll Rights
A Doll can refuse to be claimed They are able to think for themselves. The Vampire may insist, but not harass the doll or coerce them into accepting.
A Doll as a right to an apartment on the second floor, but she has to contribute to club in one way or the other, be it dancing, cleaning, bar-tending, etc.
A Doll will earn a salary which is below minimum wage, but they never have to pay for their apartment. Dancers keep the cash they make for a dance, barmaids keep their tips.

NPC
Teha LeVough is a major part of Louisiana culture. She was believed to be the epitome of all voodoo queens in Louisiana. She was turned by one of her clients, while using voodoo and making an attempt at telling him his future. She was always attuned to the spiritual realm and when she had her own fate revealed it was too misty to be able to decipher, likely because of the change that took place as the man drained her and supplied her with immortal blood. Today she goes by her human birth name, with the need for animosity being thrown out of the window, many practitioners naming themselves after famous voodoo practitioners. She owns and operates an Occult shop on the ground floor of the club and demands as much respect as she did when Human. For her works she awlays demands payment in some form, sometimes being blood. She can be motherly at times yet vengeful if crossed, and has the ability of premonition which she sometimes uses in readings.
