How is everyone doing today?

I'm well! Starting a 3 day weekend! How are you?

*leaves out a yummy spread of breakfast-y goodness for all*

And a welcome to everyone applying or recently approved!

Hello, Peripherie. I didn't wake up dead and I hear that's a good thing so I'm doing well. Thanks for the wonderful food.

Peripherie

Not dead is certainly preferable, at least to me. :D

Nimakhal

I will agree, 'not dead' is a good start to the day.

Peripherie

Hey there Nimakhal! (Do you prefer Nim or Nima as a nickname? I think I've seen it somewhere but can't remember which.)

Love your avatar!

Nimakhal

I'll answer to either, I don't actually have a preference.  Nima started from RL but quickly mutated to the single syllable Nim haha

And thank you! <3

Peripherie

As someone who has many, many, many nicknames from their username. I get it. :D

*snags a croissant!*

Nicknames are <3. I'm always so tempted to make one for people, but I have to remember not everyone likes them lol.

Sean Fletcher

I've had plenty of nicknames over the years and they don't bother me. Flower, you're more than welcome to come up with one for me if you feel like it.

Anyone have big plans for the day?
Nothing extraordinary here. It's bi-weekly D&D day this afternoon for me.

Nimakhal

None myself.  Another beautiful day at work. /s

I'm jealous. I really miss playing D&D but I haven't been able to find a group a like near me.

I'm actually so sick of D&D but it's almost all I can get people to play. I have so many other games on my shelf that I'm dying to play.

I'd love to play Twilight 2000 again. I remember playing that when it came out. I saw that someone remade it recently and I wanted to buy it but I don't have anyone to play with so I can't justify spending money on a game I won't be able to play. I also think it'd be fun to play Hunter the Reckoning. I've never played the game or read any of the books so playing a character who doesn't know anything about the monsters and who's trying to figure out what's going on would be pretty easy.

IsabellaRose

My brother had the original Twilight 2000, but I never played it, nor did I ever play any of the World of Darkness games. I see them mentioned a lot in some gaming forums I'm on.
Right now I'm dying to try some of the new games I've bought recently. I got my group to try Dungeon World, which was fun but I was not in the headspace to run it properly, and I don't think I used my GM moves when I was supposed to...
I think I have two hobbies, now. One is roleplaying, one is collecting roleplaying games. I have close to 200 books that are just RPGs or RPG supplements. I'm pretty sure it's an illness.
