Nothing wrong with that. I've got 3 or 4 non-dnd gaming books on a shelf alongside my dnd ones. I don't even GM.

Sean Fletcher

I wish I still had all my old RPG books. I honestly don't remember what happened to them.

Nimakhal

Hate when that happens.  I have a friend who still has first edition modules. It was really cool to see it. Hopefully your books are just packed away someplace.

IsabellaRose

I have some old stuff from the mid to late 80s that my brother left behind when he moved out west. I told him I'd "take care of them" for him and proceeded to use them as often as possible. I've added a LOT since then.
My current favorite is Cortex Prime, not as a setting because it's not, but for the modular nature of its toolbox rule set. We can tell any kind of story in Cortex, and adjust the rules to give each a very different feeling and game play experience.

I'm sure they're at my dad's house. I'll have to check the next time I go back to that area to visit family.

I've never heard of that setting. Adaptable rules are always the best.

It happens. :)  We have E members from many different time zones. So whether they are dealing with RL stuff or are sleeping, people come and go.

I wish I was sleeping. :P

I had a 10 mile race this morning and I am tuckered but my feet are so sore they are keeping me from napping.  :'(

I'll be okay by tomorrow though.

I understand that people have lives away from E.

I love your avatar. Red hair is a major attraction for me. As is a woman wearing glasses, and a woman biting her bottom lip. Add a high ponytail and I'd be in love.

Peripherie

Thanks! I have used her on and off since I have been on E. The freckles are a nice touch as well. It is a sweet/sultry look that I gravitate towards.

Here is a link to the larger image. Her hair is up but it is hard to see exactly how so.

I should look for an avatar I'd like to use so I'll be ready if I get approved.

Peripherie

Just be sure it is 150x200pixels. (And not showing certain 'bits'.)

You're welcome. :) Good luck on finding an avatar and on your application!

You and the others here have made things enjoyable so far. However, to be honest, I expected more engagement, especially from the staff since this time is supposed to be used to decide whether or not to approve my application.

I can hear Sgt. Schultz  saying "I know nothing!" ......  Is anyone here besides me old enough to actually remember that?

Sara Nilsson

Plenty of old timers around here. The show didn't make its way to us in Sweden however.

Sean Fletcher

I liked that show. I watched a few episodes on a streaming service not long ago but I don't remember which one.

Sara Nilsson

Seen an episode or two on youtube, amusing but not quite my cup of tea

Sean Fletcher

I liked it better when I was younger. I feel that way about a lot of shows I used to enjoy.

Sara Nilsson

*nods*

That is the truth. Sometimes when you go back and watch something you liked when younger and go.. wtf.. i liked THIS?!

Sean Fletcher

I'm off to bed. Good night, my friends.
