Private, please

Got you added to the list for sheet reviews!

List updated upthread for type of feedback/if a person got a PM sent to them yet or not--I've got about 4/8 feedbacks on that list sent off/started. I'm hoping to get at least two more done today, and tomorrow after work will definitely see more being done, provided Memorial Day here in the USA doesn't absolutely kick my ass, work-wise. >_>

Kayrax

I see most folks chose private so if you prefer to standardize the thing then feel free to do that for me as well.

If that's not an issue then I already stated previously that I'm quite fine with public feedback - I don't have anything to hide and am mature enough to take whatever criticism may come my way.

Since I'm at the bottom of the list, hopefully that will give me time to polish off the remaining things.

UPDATE: Sheet is pretty much done until feedback is given.

Sheet Finished

And I don't mind public feedback, but since everyone else is going private, I don't wanna buck the system. *laughs*

My anticipation for this game got me to pick up VtM Bloodlines again, with the newly updated Clan Quest/Camarilla Edition that add more quests and let you join the Sabbat.

Ooh really? How has it aged? I should check it out and the latest mods.. I've had nothing to play for a while.

Gameplay honestly isn't great, but for me the story, choices and replayability more than make up for it, especially with the community mods adding more to it and fixing bugs.

Right. Neither of us would ever play Sabbat ;)

Kayrax

Going the modded Sabbat route pretty much translates into killing every single other important NPC. If I recall correctly it also allowed you to actually diablerize those NPCs and in so doing gaining some sweet dots of their specific disciplines or abilities. Or am I thinking a different mod that was simply compatible with that one?

Also... "bad guys" is too stereotypical in a world of darkness (pun intended). Personally I prefer the Anarchs - not as conceited as the Ivory Tower leadership but not as messy and savage as the Sabbat younglings.

Rummy Tum Tum

Cool, wonder what I’d get from diablerie exactly.

Also, man I forgot how silly the walk animation is in this game! xD

Kayrax

Can't fully recall but what I do remember is that it was heavily encouraged not to kill some characters or even finish their sidequests too soon. There was a sidequest with an actor in a club that was being hunted and needed help making an exit. Unless I'm mistaken you can actually play that sidequest as part of the Sabbat except at the end you can doublecross him and feast on his superstar blood.

Kayrax

Yup. Quite a few others too but him I remembered because in my Sabbat playthrough I actually finished his quest before I met Andrei - and I thus lost an opportunity to further add him to my collection. I only used autosaves and quicksaves for that playthrough so I never really got to drink him myself but I did see the event in a "lets play" modded video. Even without him though by the end of the game I was seriously more beefed up and didn't fear anyone or anything that might come my way.

Hades

I should look into getting some mods and trying Bloodlines that way.  I've only ever played it vanilla, though I've played it enough that the only clan I haven't beaten the game as yet are the Toreador.  Part of me is tempted to buy it again on Steam (I already own it on GOG), just because getting mods would be much easier to handle.

Kayrax

I'll just carefully tend to my growing hype and expectations for Bloodlines 2. I'm also part of the minority that actually liked Redemption more than Bloodlines. The latter certainly has a better engine, more freedom and feels a bit more real but as far as the story and immersion went I for one preferred Christof's journey.

@Hades, quick random question but did you by chance ever played on TNF using the same nickname?

Hades

I feel the same way about the story arc between Redemption and Bloodlines.     And since I'm not sure what 'TNF' is, I'm gonna guess that's a no. :-)

Updated just a bit--sorry for the wait, folks, yesterday's holiday kicked my keister a bit, work-wise, but I should be able to finish up the first round of sheet feedbacks tonight. I'll update this post as I send PMs!

Kayrax

I'm sure everyone's excited but by all means feel free to take your time and even get some rest if you feel you might need it.

Orange Marmalade

Sounds good! Make sure to take necessary time to rest. I'll just be here sheltering in place - not from the Coronavirus but from the blistering ball of death energy in the sky trying to melt me.

Blythe

Derp, derp, missed Geeklet's sheet link--added to the sheet review list! Apologies!

Folks, if you submitted a complete sheet (or close to one) and you are not on the review list, please holler! Sometimes I miss things from time to time, and it is okay to speak up to let me know. Usually a quick PM boop'll get my attention! <3

Two more sheet reviews have gone out. Working on another.  8-)

I am lucky. The ball of death energy in my sky is currently concealing itself with clouds Obfuscate. Or posisbly Thaumaturgy.  ;D

I feel like I'm Ravnos and this is just the technocracy trying to kill me again :(
