PP = 35
1st Level Powers:  5

Which brings up my first big question...if I take a level of Psion can it stack it's manifesting?  Example:

Re Z L: Yes, manifesting stacks. I mentioned this already . Just replace spell-alike abilities with psionic alike abilities which fit close as possible with original.

Sorry, took you to mean manifesting level, not the level at which I gain powers

Quick note for the dragon inclined:

Most PF dragons do not have the innate ability to change to a humanoid shape, and even those that do  aren't necessarily good at it. (it's debatable whether a Gold Dragon's change shape lasts longer than the normal duration of polymorph, which is measured in minutes)

To remedy this, I recommend you pick up one of these: (That I wrote just now)

DESCRIPTION
This lovely little hat is enchanted with powerful magics. As an action, it's wearer to take on the form of any humanoid, monstrous humanoid, or half-dragon version of thereof as per the effects of Monstrous Physique I. As part of the transformation, the hat can be changed to appear as a comb, ribbon, headband, cap, coif, hood, helmet, or other headwear. The wearer is not able to choose the specific appearance of the transformation. Rather, all of their transformations are as close to their normal appearance as possible considering physical differences. That means that when they transform into a female elf, it will always be the same female elf, which will look like a sister to the male elf they might transform into, or share features with a female human, ect.. As such, the hat gives no bonuses to disguise when trying to conceal one's identity. The transformation lasts for as long as the hat is worn, or until the wearer ends it as a free action.
CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS
Craft Wondrous Item, Monstrous Physique I; Cost 30,000 gp.

The item is just based on the normal math for a continuous use 3rd level spell. It feels about right to me, but I'll leave it to Zaer for final approval.

I allow that custom item :). Also I may allow that dragon PC's can via feat gain shape change ability (to specific medium or small humanoid forms as limited by that item already). The feat is from dragons of eberron I think.

It will be your problem if they take it and trap you in a cramped cellar, tunnel or cave due to your now titanic bulk .

-Base Race (up to RP 9) is free, any RP above 9 costs 100gp.
-Levels cost 2,000gp and is multiplied by level (so 10th level char costs 20,000gp to buy which has RP 9 base race). Costs double for PC class levels. On monster HD cost is 2,000gp multiplied by CR.
-Templates costs 20,000gp per CR added.
-Access to mythic tier levels costs 200,000gp per tier level (so 1 million for tier 5 cohort).

Zaer, I wanna make sure I'm reading this right:

Monster minions are just 2,000 gp x CR, not HD x CR x 2000 gp, right? (cuz that would be nuts)
Also, do templates applied to monsters cost 20,000 gp per CR, or is CR from templates just get counted into their normal CR? I'm assuming it's the latter.

Ouch. Can I get a discount on half-dragon minions, since, you know, I make my own?

How you make your own . Pregnancy was not included in WoG VR (so no breeding own minions through pregnancy unless it's main feature of given monster). Anyways it costs 40,000gp (remember half-dragon was +2 CR) template added to any regular race point 9 (base races basically) races. It costs some gold for levels (if want PC levels more so and if want make them mythic). Costs halved if take leadership feat.

Right now I'm thinking of going Thunder Child Nightmare (Human) Unchained Rogue 20 (Knife Master) with the Trickster Path. I'm going to look at some creatures, but I'm pretty excited about those two templates working together (and Storm Child is basically a race anyway).

Yes, albeit I need check and approve them first. What I can see thunder child is okay and I myself used nightmare werewolf tiefling as example of my own char what I would run .

Yes. Pick up to CR 3 templates or use a race which has higher CR than base ones (example normal drow would be CR 0 base race while drow noble is CR 1 base race). However beware that if any template or race gives additional monster HD, you nullify yourself from taking mythic paths as you cannot complete 20 levels with base class.

Is anyone looking at doing an actual wizard so far?

There's a bunch of spells that would make a lot of the more 'mundane' enhancements to the fortress essentially free, like wall of iron and move earth. I'm looking at picking up some of those kinds of spells via Pages of Spell Knowledge, but those aren't super cheap, especially at higher levels.

*edit* Character sheet is nearly done. I mostly just need to dump a bunch of money into the fortress. I might end up keeping a little more for myself though. A dragon's gotta have her horde you know
