So I'm planning on spinning up one more small (4-6 players) group game. I have several possible plots, so I'm dangling bait in the water to see what folks might be interested in before I start design.

1) Assassin's Creed 2100: AC meets CP 2077. Keeping the basic idea of the neverending war between the Brotherhood and the Templar, extending it into a technical future. I'd jettison the genetic memory stuff, and maybe (but not nec.) the 'aliens made us do it' backstory and focus on the philosophies and conflict. The ecological disaster from Valhalla would still be in play.

2) No Job for a Lady:  Meet the crew of the scout frigate Rough Trade, the only all-female mercenary group active in the Cluster. Sandbox game that could be set in the SW IP or its own thing entirely.

3) The Seraph Protocol: GM-guided supervillain skulduggery with a backbone of plot. Possibly system-lite.

4) GOOD MOOOOOOOORRRRRNING PANNNNNNDORRRRA! A violence-soaked romp in the borderlands. Might try a hack of the Apocalypse engine for this one. Maybe.

Comments welcome!

I submitted a vote for my top choices, but... I'd play any of these. Possibly, some of the appeal is the GM? An PbtA engine is very tempting for any of them.

NOt super familair with the AC universe. NEver played one game. The movie was hot garbage.

Sandboxes tend to fritter and die, but al all-female crew of mercenaries seems... fun1

Always up for a good villian story. Oh oh! Can we be underdog villains against a Superman-like common enemy?

THis idea is just a hoot. Only played 2 for a bit, but still love the aesthetic and, you know, love writing a hyperviolent character.

Hope this does not... uh, distract, from other projects? But I'm excited to see what is hidden beneath that skirt.

Also, dark elves?

My first vote would probably go to The Seraph Protocol, but I'd need more info on what you think the setting would be like.

My second, unrecorded, vote would be for No Job For A Lady. My personal preference would be for it not to be Star Wars related.

Just to clarify would all of these ideas be for all-female casts, or just “No Job For A Lady”?

Mildly sad I can't select more than one option to vote in. I'm torn between GM Pandora and AC2100. I loved the Borderlands shenanigans and a violent romp across Pandora sounds like a hoot. I have rudimentary knowledge of the AC franchise, but it's something I've always liked, and add in Cyberpunk elements? Definitely caught my interest there!

Wouldn't mind one more small game under my belt, so tossing my hat into the ring here. Although my one vote was for GM Pandora, that or AC2100 is fine with me.

Only 'No Job' is intended to be F-only. It's a holdover from an abortive Old Republic guild from back in the day.

Thank you for clarifying! Then my vote goes for the Borderlands game!

VVitch

I'd potentially join any of these but especially 3/4. I really love the Borderlands games and was thinking they'd potentially make a very fun setting for a group game just yesterday. Supervillainy seems a lot of fun, too.

Zelcyone

Hi, great selection of options here! They all sound like a lot of fun but since I had to pick one ... I voted for "No job for a lady" :)
Star Wars would be a classic setting for such a game but I wouldn't mind another setting either.

The borderlands one would be a very close second!
My O/o page. (Currently undergoing major restyling)

Seraph Protocol definitely has my interest, always interested in superhero games and the chance to play a supervillain just makes things better

We've talked about the basic plot elsewhere- imprisoned supervillains are released by an outside force for Reasons. Stuff happens, both onscreen and behind the scenes...

No Job /might/ be a good use for Starsworn- I'll have to take a look at the rulebook again.

Yeah I'm with oldedog, very much up for some villainy fun as a flip from my usual heroics.

GnothiSeauton

Was torn between Assassin's Creed and No Job, but since I have been playing AC Mirage, I had to go with the Creed.

I would love an all-F or NB group game, so I voted for #2! Happy for it to be Star Wars or to have an original setting

I voted for SW but I'm a SW geek but I really just like the whole RP experience so I would support anything.

Thanks, all, for your interest.  Looks like a tie (by GM interest, not just vote count) between Seraph Protocol and No Job For  A Lady. Going to lock this for now, and dig through my files for my old Seraph notes and maybe look at some SF systems.

Damn it! Showed up late to this party by mere minutes... Ah, well.

I was going to vote for "No Job for a Lady" and didn't care if it was SW or not. Just sounds like a cool idea.

If you're still accepting players and you end up running this scenario, let me know please. :D

I seem to be late to the party as well. I was going to say Seraph Protocol or Good Morning Pandora. Either one sounds exciting. Let me know if you are accepting players or if that is closed please.
