Before we get started, there's a few important things you should know about me and how they affect my writing and enjoyment of stories here on Elliquiy.

• I am very picky about my writing partners, and for many reasons. Please be aware that if you approach me with a request, you may get a "No, thank you" in response. Please do not take it personally (hell, who knows? I might just not be in the mood that day) and please do not ask for clarification - that is an awkward conversation for all involved. As they say, "No" is a complete sentence.
• The gender of my RP partner is irrelevant to me. Why? Because it's not what either of us are here for. We're just here to craft stories together and for that, I don't even need to know your gender much less care about it.
• As with many other members here, my RL will always come first and my RL is hectic, unpredictable, and weird. This means that my posting rate is far from consistent. I may do four posts in one day, or I may not do any for weeks. I ask for, and freely reciprocate, patience and understanding. If it looks like it's going to be a while before I can get back to our story (and I'm not just suffering writer's block which I hope will pass), I will try to let you know. Fair word of warning - I've not been very good about this in the past, flaking out on writing partners and simply disappearing. But I'm trying to do better on that front.
• Please check out my Ons/Offs thread first. While most of the story ideas I present are going to fit within my personal paradigm, sometimes I crave something outside my comfort zone. But it's still a good idea to know what I generally like and don't like.
• Please DO NOT reply by posting a response in this thread. PM me if you're interested in a story with me.
• I am not the kind of RPer/writer that has a corral of regular characters. I like creating new characters for every story. If I have a particular character that I want to play for a particular reason, it will be specifically listed. So it can be taken as a given that all ideas presented below will involve original characters.
• I very much enjoy taking on a sort-of DM role - that is, playing every character that isn't yours. This is not exclusive - if we agree on an even split of duties, that's fine too. Just letting you know that if you want to write just one character in a fully-fledged world that exists outside of just our two characters, I'm 100% fine taking on that duty.
• Similarly, I also enjoy "ensemble" stories where we each play a cast of characters.

SETTINGS:
Sandboxes that I enjoy playing in.

Note that these lists are neither exhaustive nor comprehensive. I like a lot more than just these particular favorites.

~ Fandoms ~
Established worlds. What could be easier?

Important note: with all pre-established settings, I will play original characters ONLY. Do not ask me for a story with canon characters. Canon characters are fine for our originals to interact with, but I will not RP one, nor do I wish to RP against one.

• Old World of Darkness - Mage: The Ascension - my second favorite RPG of all time. I also like Vampire: The Masquerade, but not as much as Mage. The rest of the OWOD settings I could take or leave.
• Firefly/Serenity - I tend to play male companions in this setting. The best show that was cancelled criminally too soon. Let's aim to misbehave!
• Star Trek - I'll play in any era, but TOS and before (Enterprise and Strange New Worlds) are not my favorite. I prefer TNG era and later. I tend to favor the sciences division (bring me those blue uniforms. Yes!).
• Star Wars - again, any era is fine though my favorite is the Old Republic. I cannot guarantee I won't play a Jedi.
• Lord of the Rings - because of course.

Any other "geeky" fictional setting - ask! I might not know it, though.

Please note that I will no longer participate in anything Potterverse in solidarity with my trans friends.

~ Time Periods ~
Past, present, and future.

• Ancient Greece - a personal super favorite.
• Georgian/Victorian era England - point of clarification: I'm not really into steampunk though I will consider other alternate histories.
• Present day - again, alternate history versions of now are fine depending on where and how history diverged.
• Future/Sci-Fi - we can work out the details of this future setting how we like. I have done so many times before.

~ Genres ~
Escapism, because real life is boring.

• Dark Urban Fantasy - one of my faves. Give me Neverwhere, Carnival Row, Hellboy. I am HERE for it.
• "High" Fantasy - dragons, elves, magic, the works.
• Sci-Fi - as stated above. Star Trek, Star Wars, and many, many others.
• Horror - anything from Lovecraftian mind-bending to slow-burn mounting tension to fast-paced slasher film dynamics. It's all good.

And speaking of genres, I tend to like genre mash-ups. Take two things that really shouldn't work together and put them together and make it work. Both Star Trek and Firefly are a blend of Sci-Fi and Western and I am here for both.

PAIRINGS:
Just the two of us.

I don't have any specific ideas for these, I just like the general idea of these coming together. In all cases, the power dynamic could really go either way. It would all depend on the nature of the characters and the situations they are placed in. Let's work it out together. Artist or Photographer / Model Tutor / Tutee (or Teacher / Student, or Master / Apprentice, you get the idea) College dorm roomies Bandmates (I'm a musician IRL and it would be nice - but not mandatory! - if you were too) Celebrity or Prince (or King) / Bodyguard or Knight Protector Some concepts that I'd like to explore include: A smaller guy dominating/topping a larger guy. I like the idea of the unexpected power dynamic. A trans man with a trans woman. Turns out tab A still fits in slot B, even when they're the other way around. (In both cases, post top surgery but pre bottom surgery.)

The Show Off

I've had this picture for a long damn time, and I just keep coming back to it. There's something about the setting and what he's wearing that's suggestive to me. The story I've formed in my head over the years is that he's at a party and gets drunk and somebody bets or dares him to masturbate right there in front of everybody. Maybe this person has always wanted to see what he's packing? But, because he's had a few too many, he decides what the hell and whips it out and starts jerking it with everybody watching and cheering him on. Just scratches my exhibitionism itch, I guess.

I admit that what gets me going about this oddball is more "What must the photo shoot have been like?" than what's actually being depicted. Which is actually kind of mortifying. But the shoot itself? Yeah, I'd be down for that. Looks like they had some fun!

What's happening here? How did it get to this point? Who's really in control? And what's really at stake?

There's two here that are clearly different, but similar in concept. One's on the beach and one is at the pool. But in either case the guy is just naked. Why? Did he wash up with the tide? Is he a tenant in a condo and that's the community pool? Who's going to find him and how are they going to react? Lots of potential here.

Setting: Modern and High Fantasy

Scenario: This plot is very meta, but a perennial favourite of mine. It's game night, and MC, a male DM,  has most of his players cancel. The only one who shows up for the DnD game is YC, a girl who's been playing for a while. Frustrated by the other players not showing up, they decide to go ahead with the game all the same, the DM agreeing to run a solo adventure for her.

There's been a steadily growing tension between the DM and the player, and it's only gotten worse as the sessions went on. So far, however, the unspoken rules of table etiquette and the presence of all the other players has kept it in check. Tonight, however, there's no one else, and the tension is palpable. When the character makes a bad roll and it seems like the game is at stake, someone makes the suggestion - maybe that 5 could become a 10, if she took her shirt off? Before too long, the game is nothing more than a way to up the stakes.

We'd also simultaneously play out what this character is going through. As the interactions outside the game get steadily more risque, so too does the content of the game. Does the elven ranger meet her match in an orc barbarian? Does the buxom wizard find her spells backfiring? Or is the in-game character simply confused as the gods throw a series of boons and banes at her?

So that's the original idea and I loved it so much I asked for permission to copy and modify it.

I want it to be an M/M scenario. MC is still the DM but YC is a cute guy MC has had a little bit of a crush on ever since the game began. They don't socialize much (if at all) outside of the game sessions, so MC doesn't even know if YC is gay or not. But tonight's the night to make a move seeing as how it's only the two of them.

Also, the game that they're playing doesn't have to be D&D - it could be any TTRPG that we're both familiar with and like.

* - A note about consent: I don't see this as a dub-con situation, but it definitely comes awfully close to that line. YC is still totally in on it. He may put up the most perfunctory of fights, but it's not what I'd call being forced or coerced in any way. More of an "it's all in good fun" kind of spirit rather than something YC would truly regret. But really it all depends on who makes the first move. The above only applies if it's MC. But look at it this way: what if it's YC who initiates it? Then it's 100% consensual all the way around. We both want it then.

So there's a demo for a new dating sim type game (no release date yet) up on Steam called "Jock Studio" that I took a look at and really liked the concept. How exactly to turn it into a story here on E I've no idea but maybe we could work on something together and see where it goes.

The gist of the game is that you play a new student on a college campus who can't make up his mind about his major, what club to join, pretty much anything. He gets pressured into joining a "film" club, not really knowing what it's about only to find out that instead of watching movies, they're making movies. Porn, to be exact. And it turns out that the other members of the club are all hot jocks and you get to watch and direct them doing all kinds of sexy things for the camera.

Like I said, I think it's a great premise, I just have no real idea how to transition it from a video game to a story to write with a partner.

I began writing a piece of erotica a few years ago based on an idea I had during COVID lockdown. I never finished it but I do like the premise. Turning it into a cooperative writing experience here on E is eluding me though so I thought I'd throw the idea at the wall and see if anyone can make it stick.

The idea is that a guy got bored during COVID lockdown and started making jack-off videos to earn a little extra cash on the side. He ended up having a really great time doing it and making more money than he thought he would so he actually made quite a few, uploading them to different sites. He was always careful never to show his face though because he was worried about them being traced back to him and didn't want to have to explain them to a future boss or anything like that. Well, after COVID let up and people started socializing again, he goes to a party and what should be playing on the TV but one of his videos! Turns out that the guy hosting the party had found his videos, really liked him, and put together a playlist of all the videos he could find from this one guy. He didn't know though that the cute friendly guy from the apartment upstairs was actually the one in the video, he invited him along to the party where he just happened to be showing all these videos. The guy who'd made the videos is now stuck with a dilemma - does he confess that he's the one in the videos everyone is enjoying or keep quiet about it? If he does confess, is everyone going to want a live show?

The New Office Boy - TAKEN

Setting: Dystopian cyberpunk future

Idea: It's known that sometimes a corpo bigshot will take someone from the lower city as a "lover" - euphemistically speaking, of course. What it boils down to is that they're basically a sex slave. But the upshot is that they get to live in one of those unimaginably luxurious apartments, and when they're not "servicing" their master, they're also not in constant fear of their lives. Of course, the fierce independence that is needed to survive in the lower city makes the idea of giving up your freedom for luxury unappealing to most.

But then there's YC. Always a lean kid, short and slender, you've had to live by your wits more than your muscle. Most of the ways to find a decent life have been denied to you, and then one day you've finally had enough. Looking up at one of the corpo high-rises, you decide that it's worth it to sacrifice your freedom, give up your body, and live a life of luxury - even if it is only on the periphery.

One thing you didn't realize until you were already caught up in it was just how humiliating it would actually be. But the weird thing is that you actually kind of enjoy it. You find that the blatant objectification you suffer is actually an aphrodisiac to you. You're resigned to a life of service to your employer (MC), never expecting anything in return aside from the comfortable life your new position has afforded you. Except... is it just your imagination or has your employer started to take more notice of you lately? Maybe even started to objectify you a little less? Is he warming to you?

The reason for the title of this idea is that his first "job" is to be "available" for any and everyone in the office of the particular company that MC runs.

TL;DR - MC is a stripper who gets hired to perform at a bachelor party where YC is a guest. Nobody knows they're brothers. They hook up.


Full story:
YC and MC are brothers (YC is the younger). They don't look much alike - hardly any resemblance at all. They lost their parents in an accident a few years ago (details can be worked out if you want). At the time, MC was only just 18 or 19, fresh out of high school, with no real plans for what to do with his life. When their parents suddenly died, it fell to MC to look after YC. It never occurred to YC to wonder where MC was getting the money from since they were living pretty much on the knife edge anyway (can be further elaborated that the life insurance money was used to cover the father's gambling debts or something - not really important). Well, as it turns out, MC has been a stripper/escort this whole time. He was always good-looking with a well-defined body from doing a lot of working out being a jock in HS. It was easy money and that's what he needed having to worry about taking care of his younger brother.

Fast forward to now. YC is an adult (18+) and ready to start thinking about a life of his own. YC has known about MC's job for a while now. He's not ashamed of it, but he knows most people wouldn't understand so he just doesn't talk about it. One of YC's friends is getting married (all a bunch of gay guys so it's two guys getting married) and YC has been invited to the bachelor party. OF COURSE there's going to be a stripper, and of course it's going to be some hot guy. But the best man takes a call just before the groom arrives and it's the stripper cancelling. Now what?

Well, you know that your brother, MC, wasn't doing anything tonight anyway, so... you know a guy.

YC has never seen MC doing his job, but he has seen him around the house in next to nothing (or maybe even nothing at all on an occasion or two). He knows he's been doing it for years and is making some pretty good money by now so he must be good at it. And the kicker is that ever since YC came to grips with his own sexuality, he's had to admit that his brother is damn hot. He never really thought about doing anything about it, but he also can't deny that he's had more than one dream...

And here's where it's important that 1. these brothers don't look alike, and 2. YC has never really told anyone about what his brother does for a living. So when YC lets the best man know that he knows someone who is local, available, and really hot, he jumps at the opportunity and gets the number from YC and calls him up.

So MC, just sitting on the couch at home watching TV, gets a call on his "professional" phone and takes down the details for a last-minute booking for a gay bachelor party. And when the best man drops his voice and offers him a hefty bonus if he'd do more than just strip, MC readily accepts. Not like he hasn't had sex in front of other people before, so NBD. He knows that his younger brother went out for the night to a bachelor party, but the thought doesn't occur to him that it would be the SAME bachelor party. So he gets ready and heads out.

He arrives and the party is in full swing. He gets started right away, grinding his ass and really showing off and getting pretty hot as he does so - these jobs always turn him on. And then YC walks into the room. MC finally puts two-and-two together and realizes that it was YC who suggested MC for the job in the first place. Now it just so happens that YC is also just MC's type. And he hadn't really thought about fooling with YC either but what the hell? It's pretty clear that YC wanted to see MC do his thing, and they're both adults, yadda yadda yadda. And nobody else there knows that these two are actually brothers. So the routine goes on, MC gets naked, swinging his dick around and shoving it in people's faces. Everybody's laughing as they grab his dick and some of them even suck on him for a minute or two. Usually, MC would only bust his nut for the groom in this kind of situation, but he's got other plans tonight and when he feels like he's getting close, he finally goes over to YC. I've always liked the idea of model/artist or model/photographer but I've never had a good idea for anything more than just a one-shot... until now.

MC is a professional photographer/videographer who works primarily in the spectrum from art nude all the way to actual porn.

YC is a young guy, maybe a college student or something similar, who's always secretly wanted to open up more. While not exactly "shy" per se, he is a bit reserved and modest. So the idea of getting naked in front of the camera is not only a secret desire, but also a titillating one. Why exactly he has this desire while being hesitant about it I leave entirely up to you to decide.

So the upshot of the plot is that YC comes to MC in an effort to fulfill this secret desire and open himself up a bit more. MC is very professional and understanding and doesn't push YC to do anything else or more than what YC wants. But as time goes on and YC becomes more comfortable, he begins to want to push the envelope further. Tired of art nudes, he wants to do a magazine spread for a porn rag. And once the thrill has worn off of that, he wants to do a masturbation video. And then a full-on porn shoot with one or more partners!

The idea here is that it is always YC pushing to do more - never any pressure from MC. And whether or not YC and MC ever even actually have sex is entirely up in the air, depending on which way the story goes. I do like to play a more "DM"-style role in these things and would RP every character that isn't yours - from the photographer to the porn partners and any others that might come up along the way. The story would begin with YC first coming to MC to inquire about the possibility of a shoot and we'd go from there, developing YC's journey from reserved and modest to unabashed and exhibitionistic. Again, I leave the "why" up to you.

The time period is open because I haven't really decided myself. I'm leaning towards it being before the age of camera phones and internet porn so that it wouldn't be too easy for YC to get what he wants. Maybe the 80's or 90's. But I also see the appeal of keeping it current day and having YC eventually becoming big on OnlyFans or something. We can discuss it and see what we agree on.
