The problem with the modern conservative mind is this: they want full freedom for THEMSELVES and small infringement on THEIR faith-based opinions, but the government that tells OTHERS what to do they want it to be big and DEEP in the live’s of others. It's a matter of tax dollars because that is all governments understand. Unless you are in a tax free state, your tax dollars go toward the support of that state and its laws. Again, if the people that are going to be the most affected by the reversal could just pack up and leave then they wouldn't be in the most affected group. They'd be able to take a "camping trip" for a weekend to another state and get around their state's law with no issue.

The people who are going to be the most affected are the poor, the people of color, the indigenous women.  They don't have the money to make the trip out of state for the procedure so they aren't going to have the money to just up and move.

Sadly, we are past the point of 'get out and vote'.  The justices on the supreme court are there for life.  Beau from The Fifth Column has it right.  It's time to unpack the court. Add more justices and dilute the conservative votes.  Getting rid of the filibuster and codfying roe v wade would be a step in the right direction but it wont stop the attack on LGBTQIA or birth control.  That is why more justices needed to be added and soon.

No cause Justice Thomas is married to a white woman and Justice Jackson is married to a white man. He wouldn't make it illegal for him to be married to his wife.
