So, mine isn't a fictional being he/she was a real person many years ago. However, I would like to say before hand that I do not at all agree with the methods which where used in attempt to achieve his or her goal.

But, Jack the Ripper
For the fact that his or her goal, which the gender and identity of this serial killer was never truly discovered, wad to rid the streets of "ladies of the night" or prostitutes if you will. The methods where sick and completely wrong but the goal was noble.

Catwoman from Batman Returns. She was amazing at surprising Batman and seducing him as well.

Mr. Smith from the Marix trilogy. His philosophy and justification for why he did what he did was great and not to mention the epic fights with Neo.

Hoboy. I haven't seen this thread before. I'm going to be at this post all DAY.

From western movies:
- The Good, The Bad And The Ugly: Blondie (Clint Eastwood), Angel Eyes (Lee Van Cleef) and Tuco (Eli Wallach). I can find good and bad parts in them all.

From other movies:
- Sherlock Holmes: Lord Blackwood (Mark Strong)
- practically any movie featuring James Cagney
- Outpost and Doom: Richard Brake as Prior and Goat
- Blade Runner: Rutger Hauer as Roy Batty
- Phantom of the Opera, with Gerard Butler as the Phantom
- 300: King Xerxes
- Hellboy: Rasputin

From comics and comic books
- From Corto Maltese: Rasputin

Ok it is a start.

Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan): The Walking Dead
Loki (Tom Hiddleston):  Thor's adoptive brother
Col Hans Landa (Christoph Waltz):  Inglourious Basterds
Dexter Morgan (Michael C Hall):  Dexter

Favorite villain has got to be Darth Vader. The T-1000 is a close second.

Dio Brando, because he's so fabulous, and is just an incredibly charming villain.

Him, or Guts from Berserk. There's no other character like him.

For me, it has to be Torchwick from RWBY. He's just one of those where he's a douche, he knows he's a douche, and to hell with it, he's going to have fun while doing it. It's one of those where you just want to punch him, but at the same time, he have to admire his conviction to just doing what he does, which is piss you off.

Randall Flagg.

I can't wait to see what Matthew Mcconaughey's gorgeousness does with it.
