I'd argue that makes guacamole a compote, rather than a jelly, since its just mashed with other things added (like jalapeños, cilantro, onions, etc). where as a jelly is a puree of the juices with pectin.

Actually, the oceans are carbonated. In fact they hold more CO2 per litre than sprite.
