I'd like to play a female character who is intelligent. Also, good at investigating? And I'd like her to be a good person, so she shouldn't be tied to a government agency that does controversial things (like CIA, NSA or ICE)...

Well we are down to only 3 potential interest, and only one character submitted by Arcanist, which is below the 4 I was looking for with Callie pulling out so with the idea having been up a while with no further interest it's looking bleak.
