yep this has been quite the um event. I've mostly binge watched critical role and finished the adventure zone last 2am. Other than enjoying watching others be able to play DND and other roleplaying games with great envy I've mostly just done that... Still recuperating. They had to remove a 2" stone from my bladder (a side effect from my cancer surgery). I had kept telling the doctor that something was wrong and he kept deferring me to my next visit. Then when he finally saw the problem, he was all "Oops!" and "I can't believe that was in there." Hopefully next time he will believe me and actually take the time to look when I complain. Or even more hopefully that there won't be a next time.

So I am off for a few hours tonight. Let me review what we have so far and get things rolling.

As someone who has worked in the medical fields for almost 20 years now, the amount of times I've heard this said by a patient has made me cringe. Rest up. *hugs*

Looking over the other players

-Flatbread.  Maybe Martin has seen him in the shop a few times, tried to coax him into buying a light hunting crossbow or regaled him with stories of his time in the south.
-Lillian. Perhaps he helped the local smiths come up with a better chair for her or has consulted the library from time to time about some clients history or such
-Analaise. Maybe he’s outfitted her with gear or paid her to deliver stock (as a secret favor to her father?)
-Shah. Bumped into the new comer on the way to the celebration or offered directions

Aibell (Guardian "Spirit")

Dominic isn't an actual spirit, at least not in the sense that it would typically apply. His clan has long had ties with another and has served in the capacity of a guardian. In this particular sense, it has fallen to Dominic to improve upon his skills to offer a better guardian for the clans. He is a tall, proud warrior, equally skilled with a sword as well as an ax. He stands a respectable height of 6'2" and weighs an astonishing weight of 300lbs, and he is not a man who is moved lightly by others. A man who loves a good spat, a good drink and even better companions.

Kobold (Uh... Kobold?)

Dominique, as she is now going by, is very much the opposite of her old form. A kobold who relies more on her cunning and speed than raw brute force. There's much to adjust to in a kobold's life, from sights and sounds to smells and a nagging need for warmth. Was that a shiny?


This is kinda what I had in mind. Big guy to a "crafty" kobold. - I'm sorta basing Dominic on Dragon Half's Damaramu
