It seems like you're short of one player?

I really liked Helvorn's character suggestion, and I was going to do something similar to play up the contrasts.

Imagine a reedy, bespectacled banker. Actually, not even a banker, who is rich, but a banker's assistant, overworked, underpaid, uninspiring and dull. He joins the group as their squire and accountant, or perhaps as Helvorn's character's assistant, to help with her wheelchair and admin after daring to leave the bank.

Suddenly, when the changes surge, he becomes a powerful half-orc woman. She is everything he is now. Powerful. Dangerous. Attractive, even, in a deadly way. Capable.

And for the first time in his life, Teacup Flatbread feels like he can change the world. He casts off his old pinstripe uniform for something daring and provocative. And he starts saying no to people.

Okay. In order to make it official. I need each person interested in playing to briefly describe who they are before the event. And a rough idea of who you will become. Yes I know you discussed this before but I want it all in one place.

Please avoid specifics on the person that you will become as I have some characters in mind for the adventure and will try to match you up.

Martin Wayland, Smith/Artisan (Crossbows)

Martin was born into a family of craftsmen, artificers and smiths and grew up to be a talented artificer whose skill in crafting crossbows grew from his start as a teen to being one of the premiere crafters in the kingdom. He is one of the few who create repeating crossbows of the best quality. A tall man at 6’ 7”, many joke that he has giantblood in him somewhere but behind the tall hulking man is a man who has learned a lot in the arts of smithing, metallurgy and engineering and while not as agile as some, he is very skilled with the repeating crossbow as he likes to test each one he and his apprentices work with.
He has travelled far into the south in his youth to make weapons for this or that lord but has returned home as he entered his 30s to settle down and set up his own shop and perhaps start a family now that he’s become successful.

After: Cambion/Tiefling
  Kind of open to a lot different backgrounds: minor noble/scholar, courtesan, actress, criminal, someone’s mistress (former or current). Would like to be a mage of some sort.

Lilian Anders (scholar)
Lilian is slight and delicately built with pale skin, washed out blond hair that is almost white and wan and nearly colorless blue eyes.  One might almost think that there was some form of fey blood in her line or that she was cursed before birth in some way but her background is fully human and no ill will can be found by the priests.  Physically weak she walks with a cane or even a wheelchair despite being barely out of her teens.  As a recompense Lilian is a brilliant scholar and sage with mastery of several major disciplines and knowledge of dozens more.  It is as though all the energy of her life is focused into her mind and things of the mind and away from emotions and the body.

After:
Werewolf or shapechanger, a physically very powerful form with strong, almost uncontrollable emotional and hormonal surges.

Flatbread Inkblot

Blot was a foundling, an orphan left on the door of a unique tavern. Rather than serving ale and stew, the tavern served flatbreads and that new drink from beans, caffe; and rather than renting out rooms for rest or a tumble, the tavern let rooms for writers and scribes to work, for officials to office and for wizards to scribe. Boring and unimpressive, Blot faded into the background as a baker's apprentice and a printer's ink-maker.

Currently serving as squire to a middling official, Blot dreams of an interesting life. A short man (five feet six) of unremarkable facial features and slight of frame, people always remark that Blot seemed to easily disappear into the background or disappear. On occasion, some wondered if Blot were a changeling, and his ears were a bit pointier. Blot desperately wishes it were so, but he is just an unspectacular creature, desperately wishing for greatness.

Hey. Just stumbled onto this. I’m partial to a Yaun Ti fighter assassin with only slight snake features and trying to escape his / her heritage / past to become more human. Happy with Mtf or the other way around if you want to keep it in the party. If you still need players that is.

There is a pathfinder race, the vishkanya that are snakelike but can be mistaken for humans (even has an alternate race trait to make it easier) they also have poisonous blood.

Before: Analaise Tuàn Eros

Third born daughter of a wealthy merchant who's various mystical wares have been bought by many famous adventurers. Analaise, mostly referred to as Ana by her family, is a young woman who serves as an apprentice merchant to her Father unlike her two other siblings who decided they'd be able to do their best running around slaying monsters and gaining renoun. Of course that also meant that their achievements brought fame to their family's shop, which meant that despite not following in their Father's footsteps, they were treated as if they were the only children of the Merchant. Due to having been made to live under the shadows of her siblings she one day decided to take all of her belongings and start her own business as a travelling merchant. Somewhere far away from the people who clearly didn't need her around.

At the time being Analaise is facing a rather dire conundrum. Throughout her time being a travelling merchant she had seldom sold any of whatever wares she had on her person. With a dwindling amount of gold she strives to sell potions, artifacts, and other such items that she could either find along her travels or were sold to her by adventurers who came from dungeons and faraway lands. Despite her current situation she is determined to live her life independently and one day succeed her Father. Becoming one of the richest merchant in all the lands. The only goal that's been keeping her from falling to the ground and crying to herself in regret for having left the luxury of her home in her admittedly childish tantrum.

Before: Shah De Silva

An orphan lad raised in a monastery, Shah was ostracised and picked on due to his Vishkanya ancestry. Consequently Shah became a solitary individual with few friends and trained obsessively as a monk/ninja, using his skills to avoid attention and regular beatings. He befriended many of the monks and ingratiated himself with them by exploiting their vices and learned to read and write, to play a lute passably, numbers, poetry, languages and, importantly, from a blind old warrior became adept with dual Kukri wielding and throwing shurikens. When it became clear he could not learn anything more at the monastery he left at the young age of fourteen and struck out on his own, becoming an assassin and bounty hunter. He settled for a while in this role, buying a small building to live in but unwisely  Shah stole a hat of disguise from a powerful and influential mage and as a result had to flee his country of birth with only the clothes on his back and his weapons. He now roams the realms looking to regain fortune and find a new place to call home.
