Skills:  Mei can withstand extremely low temperatures without significant damage.  Her intelligence allows her to turn her mind and powers to their best tactical advantage, and gauge the physics of the battlefield with lightning speed.  She also has a helper bot named Snowball, and seems to be the only one who can communicate with him.  He serves as a handy means of getting an overhead view of the surrounding area, and he makes for a very useful scout.

Powers:

Cryo-Freeze - Mei instantly surrounds herself with a block of thick ice. She heals and ignores damage while encased, but cannot move or use abilities.

Ice Wall - Mei generates an enormous ice wall that obstructs lines of sight, stops movement, and blocks attacks.

Blizzard - Mei deploys a weather-modification drone(Snowball) that emits gusts of wind and snow in a wide area. Enemies caught in the blizzard are slowed and take damage; those who linger too long are frozen solid.

About:

Though many blamed the planet's escalating, unexplained climate phenomena on the advent of new technologies, the rapidly growing omnic population, and drastically increased consumption of resources, the true cause remained unknown. To find a solution, Overwatch established a series of eco-Watchpoints at remote, critical locations worldwide.

Mei-Ling Zhou was a member of this multi-year initiative. A peerless climatologist, she had introduced cutting-edge innovations in the field of climate manipulation that protected at-risk areas in Asia and beyond. She was assigned to the program's monitoring station at Watchpoint: Antarctica when disaster struck: a sudden, catastrophic polar storm battered the installation and cut it off from the outside world, leaving the facility damaged and the scientists stranded. As their supplies dwindled, they entered cryostasis in a last-ditch effort to survive until a rescue attempt could be made.

But that rescue never came. It was years later when the team's cryogenics chamber was finally discovered. Mei, still in hibernation, was the only survivor.  Physically, she hadn't aged a day, but the world Mei awoke to had gone through considerable changes: Overwatch was no more, the serious climate issues had worsened, and none of the eco-watchpoints were in operation. Any clues that they had uncovered were lost.

Mei decided to continue her work on her own. Equipped with a portable version of her climate-manipulation technology, she traveled around the world, hoping to re-establish the eco-network and track down the causes of the threats to the planet's ecosystem.


Mei's Adventures

“So I'm starting this journal. Honestly, I'm not sure who's going to want to read this. It was the idea of my colleague, Winston. He thinks that people will find my "unique" perspective interesting. (We'll see if he's right!) At the very least, it'll help me pass the time, and believe me, when you're huddled in a shelter and it's -20° C outside (brrrr!), you have a lot of time to kill. (And Snowball isn't the greatest conversationalist.)"

At some point after this, Mei got in touch with Winston, who had issued a recall order for Overwatch agents. He gave her a journal, telling her that people would find her "unique" perspective interesting. She made her first journal entry and made it available to the public while in the Yukon near Mount Logan, while testing her new gear. She concluded that it was in working order (a step up from a few days before, when she'd accidentally frozen her arm), and began studying the local wildlife. Six days later, she decided to head to Asia, to investigate the abandoned Overwatch stations there. Before doing so, she took a break by flying into Los Angeles to see Six-Gun Killer. Two days after that, she was in Asia, investigating a mountain ecosystem(possibly the Himalayas).

And she was there until Hanzo reactivated Blackwatch and she returned to lend a hand.

About: Sage Walker is a former member of Talon, a child of the same program that spawned Widowmaker. There are reports of him operating before the fall of Overwatch, though they are currently unconfirmed. Little, in fact, is known about just what he has done. What is known is that he defected after the fall of Overwatch, saying he was off to find another war. When Hanzo was reestablishing Blackwatch, Sage fought his way into Shimada Castle, making it to Hanzo before offering his services.

With a new job to keep him busy, reports of a hulking berserker showing up around the world began to trickle in. Advanced cybernetic augments throughout his body have made him a perfect war machine. Both legs, as well as one arm, have been replaced with cybernetic armaments, and subdermal plating may have left him more machine than man, but they've also turned him into an invaluable asset. So long as you don't need a stealth fighter, at least.

Skills: Sage is an exceptional hand to hand fighter, whose specialty seems to be a brutal form of kickboxing mixed with undisciplined strikes, grabs, and improvisation. He is able to make temporary weapons from his environment, but his most dangerous weapons are his own two fists. Because of his enhancements, and his general style (or lack thereof), he is adept as being as disruptive as possible on the field, drawing attention to himself and tanking hits to keep the heat off his team.

Powers:

Tornado throw - Sage grabs an enemy, spinning around with him before letting him go, the momentum propelling them through the air. Can sometimes use the enemy as a projectile to attack other enemies.

Air Slice - An overcharged punch that moves at mach one, creating a shock wave that stuns anyone near him, ally or foe. Continued use of the technique can cause his arm to suffer mechanical failure.

Shock Wave Slam - Sage launches himself into the air to cover great distance, creating a small shock wave at the point of impact that stuns and deals minor damage to enemies within a 1 meter radius.

Ultimate: Overclock - Sage supercharges his systems, greatly increasing his damage output and ignoring damage temporarily. After 30 seconds, he suffers catastrophic system failure (aka fatal damage) and collapses.

Alene is too young to be part of anything from the past, and for the most part, had no real interest in fighting now. Until it happen. It happened almost a year ago at this point. Alene is from Kings row and during a fight to keep the omnic's down, the crowd ended up killing a lot of humans. Alene's mother and baby brother, at age four, included. It was then that Alene decided to join the fight. Alene just wants peace and at this moment, does not care how it is earned. As long as the wars on the streets stop and innocent lives are saved. At best, one could call Alene a antihero. (Will talk about this more in rp)

About: Fareeha was destined for greatness from her birth. Daughter to Ana Amari, one of the founders behind Overwatch, it has long sense been in  her blood to achieve things beyond normal means. Although the pair didn't have the strongest relationship, albeit from her mother not wanting her to be apart of Overwatch - she still enlisted into the military. Before she could join the ranks of the Overwatch team, they had been disbanded - leaving her without the chance to join and "losing" her mother - which she thought to be dead.

The young soldier was employed by Helix Security International after leaving the Egyptian military. There she was contracted to defend an artificial intelligence research facility beneath the Giza Plateau. Fareeha accepted the spot and was trained via VI by the Raptora Mark. This is where she learned how to use her experimental combat suit, with rapid movement and devastating firepower.

Under the call sign "Pharah," she works to safeguard the AI installation. Though she mourns Overwatch's passing, she still dreams of fighting the good fight and making a difference on a global scale.

Fareeha learned her loyalty, determination, and protection from her mother Ana. If it wasn't for her, Fareeha wouldn't have made as far as she did. In hindsight, despite their relationship straining, when her mother returned, they were able to reconnect. It may never get to the point of complete understanding, but Fareeha cares very much for her mother.

Thanks, I tried to make it balanced between powerful and flawed (like his AoE stun affecting everyone, instead of just enemies), and thought the mechanical failure would be a unique drawback, considering he's, I think, the most cybernetically enhanced character in the roster. sorry the history isn't more detailed. Had a touch of writer's block last night, and tried to use the mysterious past bit to cover for it.

Skills: Stealth and debilitating attacks make Sombra a powerful infiltrator. Her hacking can disrupt her enemies, ensuring they're easier to take out. Not only that but Sombra has proven to be very skilled in close combat alongside with being exceptional in parkour. Nonetheless, she is mostly and infamously well-known for her hacking abilities as she is considered to be one of the most notorious hackers.

Powers:
Hack: Sombra hacks enemies to temporarily stop them from using their abilities or even hack enemies' turrets to disable them for a time being.
Thermoptic Camo: Sombra becomes invisible for a short period of time, during which her speed is boosted considerably. Attacking, using offensive abilities, or taking damage disables her camouflage.
Translocator: Sombra tosses out a translocator beacon. She can instantly return to the beacon’s location while it is active (including when it’s in mid-flight).
EMP: Sombra discharges electromagnetic energy in a wide radius, destroying enemy barriers and shields while hacking all opponents caught in the blast.

As much as working for Talon had been quite lucrative, the very news of Blackwatch being rebuilded by no other than Hanzo had perked her interest. Seeing that working within Blackwatch would prove to be more profitable for her, Sombra had offered her services to the new leader as she knew her skills would be invaluable to his growing organization.
