• Defense Matrix: The signature of every MEKA unit, the Defense matrix is a forward-facing array of high-powered lasers and sensors that basically annihilate any incoming bullets, grenades, birds, or the like within a conical space in front of the pilot's screen. These lasers are also able to disrupt and dissipate concentrated energetic attacks, such as those produced by the German Kreuzritter units. The Defense matrix is operated on a self-charging battery independent from the MEKA unit's core, and has a limited duration.

• Boosters: The MEKA unit has the ability to propel itself through te air. Originally hte booster systems drew energy from the MEKA unit's main core, forcing forcing them to cancel during fire. D.va has since altered the system to a toggle; her boosters can draw from the Defense Matrix battery for short "hops" while committing ot an engagement, or draw from the main core for sustained flight.

• Fusion Cannons: Tokki - D.va's MEKA unit - is equipped with dual rotary cannons that rapidly fire bursts of energetic "pellets." Though they do little against hard armor, they have proven quite good at disrupting hte inner workings of hostile omnics. They draw from the main core of the MEKA unit, forcing the system to prioritize fire over movement. (i.e., reduced land speed.)

• Self Destruct: Forget the movies; the MEKA units never detonated like that! However, a pilot could voluntarily overload the internal power core, forcing the MEKA unit to expell the excess energy in a burst of kinectic and electromagnetic force. Doing so disables the MEKA unit for a time, but can cause a shocking amount of damage.

   However, recent elections in the United Republic of Korea have changed everything. Closer ties to Russia have brought a new, advanced model of mecha fighter to Korea - manned by professional Russian pilots, who are training the next generation of "serious" Korean recruits. The old MEKA pilots were thanked, given medals, and the unit was decommissioned, leaving Hana among the 353 MEKA pilots (Out of an initial 1,600, as very few ever mention...)  with few prospects. She was able to pull some strings and use much of her rather considerable savings to buy her decommissioned unit, "Tokki."

   Since then, Hana's chafed at living her life at a slower pace. After live combat, video games just don't "cut it' - oh she still plays, still streams for her public - but it's not enough. Not when she turns on the news and hears about the resurgence of more hostile omnics in Siberia, looming chaos in Numbani, and of course the omnipresent threat of the titanic omnic in the China Sea. When Shimada Hanzo sent a missive along certain channels, offering opportunity to get back into the fight... how could she possibly resist?

Thermoptic Camo: Sombra becomes invisible for a short period of time, during which her speed is boosted considerably. Attacking, using offensive abilities, or taking damage disables her camouflage.
Translocator: Sombra tosses out a translocator beacon. She can instantly return to the beacon’s location while it is active (including when it’s in mid-flight).
EMP: Sombra discharges electromagnetic energy in a wide radius, destroying enemy barriers and shields while hacking all opponents caught in the blast.

About: Long before she took up the alias "Sombra," ░░░░░░ was among the thousands of children who were left orphaned in the aftermath of the Omnic Crisis. With much of her country's infrastructure destroyed, she survived by utilizing her natural gifts with hacking and computers.

About: Fareeha was destined for greatness from her birth. Daughter to Ana Amari, one of the founders behind Overwatch, it has long sense been in  her blood to achieve things beyond normal means. Although the pair didn't have the strongest relationship, albeit from her mother not wanting her to be apart of Overwatch - she still enlisted into the military. Before she could join the ranks of the Overwatch team, they had been disbanded - leaving her without the chance to join and "losing" her mother - which she thought to be dead.

The young soldier was employed by Helix Security International after leaving the Egyptian military. There she was contracted to defend an artificial intelligence research facility beneath the Giza Plateau. Fareeha accepted the spot and was trained via VI by the Raptora Mark. This is where she learned how to use her experimental combat suit, with rapid movement and devastating firepower.

Under the call sign "Pharah," she works to safeguard the AI installation. Though she mourns Overwatch's passing, she still dreams of fighting the good fight and making a difference on a global scale.

Fareeha learned her loyalty, determination, and protection from her mother Ana. If it wasn't for her, Fareeha wouldn't have made as far as she did. In hindsight, despite their relationship straining, when her mother returned, they were able to reconnect. It may never get to the point of complete understanding, but Fareeha cares very much for her mother.

Although he was initially cynical, he came to believe that he could make amends for his past sins by righting the injustices of the world. McCree appreciated the flexibility afforded to the clandestine Blackwatch, unhindered by bureaucracy and red tape. He was given instruction by Gabriel Reyes, another Blackwatch member. But as Overwatch's influence waned, rogue elements within Blackwatch sought to bring down the organization and turn it to their own ends. Wanting no part of the infighting, McCree set off alone and went underground.

I don't have a problem with OC's at all, or people having multiple characters. In fact, once the game launches I'm creating an OC of my own to play alongside Hanzo.

Riot is fast, and her main ability is being able to move quickly around the battlefield, dealing sonic damage with her guitar and zipping away before the enemy can retaliate.  She also has the under-appreciated skill of super-sass, and can whip a man, or woman, five ways to Sunday with her smart mouth, or just flip them off and walk away like...yeeeah.

Powers:

Pick of Destruction - Riot's guitar can deal extra damage to enemies when she uses this ability.  Compared to the usual 12-25 damage her guitar's sonic blast deals, when she slides in for a power chord move, she deals 35-50 damage to her target.

Eleven - Riot moves quickly through space, crossing several yards at high speed and creating a sonic boom where she stops that damages everyone in a 5 foot radius for 20 HP.

Mosh - When Riot head-bangs, she whips her hair at a target, striking them with the small explosive on the end of her braid that explodes on contact and deals 50 damage at full extension.

About:  Riot was the lead singer of Dietrich's Pantsuit, an all-girl, all-cyborg hardcore cyberpunk band that spent their time doing gigs in random, seedy bars and empty warehouses.  Her skills ad powers were acquired through the cybernetic enhancement of her natural abilities, both her speed and musical prowess.  She put these special abilities to good use fighting criminals and brutal gang members in her less-than-stellar neighborhood, along with the other members of her band.  When the Petras Act was passed, her band members ceased fighting with her, worried that the powers-that-be would consider their actions to be prosecutable.  Riot left the band to continue fighting bad guys, even traveling to other cities to sate her wanderlust and find new challenges to test herself against.

While fighting a damaged Omnic in Gibralter, she had her ass saved by Hanzo, who then invited her to join up with the recently re-formed Blackwatch.  She jumped at the chance to once more fight with a team, knowing that with the recent resurgence of Omnics, she would never be able to fight on her own.  She looked forward to the camaraderie of a group, since she'd been pretty lonely since leaving her band.  She knew that having a team and a purpose would make her feel right again, though she knew she'd have to get used to sharing space with other people again.  Still, having a meat shield and healer-monkey around would be welcome as fuck.

Riot is fast, and her main ability is being able to move quickly around the battlefield, dealing sonic damage with her guitar and zipping away before the enemy can retaliate.  She also has the under-appreciated skill of super-sass, and can whip a man, or woman, five ways to Sunday with her smart mouth, or just flip them off and walk away like...yeeeah.

Powers:

Pick of Destruction - Riot's guitar can deal extra damage to enemies when she uses this ability.  Compared to the usual 12-25 damage her guitar's sonic blast deals, when she slides in for a power chord move, she deals 35-50 damage to her target.

Eleven - Riot moves quickly through space, crossing several yards at high speed and creating a sonic boom where she stops that damages everyone in a 5 foot radius for 20 HP.

Mosh - When Riot head-bangs, she whips her hair at a target, striking them with the small explosive on the end of her braid that explodes on contact and deals 50 damage at full extension.
