Nahh, that's a supernatural or special ability.  You get aura of sexual ease for free, whether you cast a spell or not.  Look down a little lower and you'll see the list of 1st-level SP spells: analyze fertility, block the seed, charm person, disguise self, etc.

So you're gonna post the Marvin Gay song when you reach second prestige level, Vergil?

I found 0 level cleric spells, but not for the actual Sacred Prostitute other than the few she gets at page 88 of the Book of E Fantasy.  They don't have anything except more cleric spells.

Say what?!

Look at the chart on the bottom of p. 89, BoEF.  It is labeled 3-15.  What you'll see on the right side of that chart is that when you get your first Sacred Prostitute level, there's that zero under spells per day.  It means you can cast first-level Sacred Prostitute spells, but you don't actually get any.  HOWEVER, a Charisma score of 14 is high enough to get you a level one bonus spell, if you can cast first-level spells (consult the chart on pg. 8, PHB 3.5.)

Therefore, you can pick one first-level spell from the first-level list of Sacred Prostitute spells.  Left-hand column, pg. 91 BoEF, right under the heading "Sacred Prostitute Spell List."

Oh sheesh, I'm blind lol.  Thanks Wyzard.

Block the Seed sounds good to me for now, better safe than sorry after all lol.  I'll take more later on as the need arises.

Does anyone know where the DnD group is meeting at for the actual IC or has that not been made yet?

All may i make a suggestion.

make these threads asap - link them in this thread.

OCC Thread
Character Thread
IC Thread 1 (Story teller one)
IC Thread 2  (story teller two).

WHILE IC is in progress you can discuss rules in OCC. I dont think that people will mind minor changes to your character in light of rules being discussed. Reaching agreement on all aspects of the rules before we start will never end.

PLEASE please lets get an IC thread going ok ?

Lets post this at the beginning of an IC thread .... after the asterix is where the storyteller starts... but this covers that meeting / friendship thing in one hit.

Rumors of happenings beyond the small mountain range of Norora never made sense. Half-nymph Feyua and Ilythyrra the Wood elf Ranger wants to see for themselves became the better of them which soon saw them on horseback traveling for many days beyond areas they knew.

The Half-nymph and the Wood elf had been friends for over a year after the elf had saved Feyya from being hopelessly lost in a forrest - since then both seemed to share enough values to get along well enough for a friendship to form.

On the way the travellers happened upon a village called "Umberlay". Immediately the riders noticed a cleric obviously from elsewhere tending several of the occupants who had been mauled by wolves. Both decided to help for a few days to get the village back in order and soon enough all left it in considerably better shape than they found it.

It turned out the cleric always had been travelling this way for the same reason Feyua and Ilythyrra had and all agreed staying together seemed the obvious choice if packs of wolves existed to do what they saw the evidence off.

It was on the second day since the three had shared paths when after reaching a hilltop, the strangest sight met them.....

V - if you feel motivated please make these threads - make one IC (non-gestault) with above in the content yes ? and please link the threads here so all can get going.

All may i make a suggestion.

Did you mean for the unnamed cleric to be a reference to Vergil's PC?  I had been hoping to have my own character already traveling with one or more of the characters - I'm not sure if it was your intent or not to exclude some number of the characters already submitted.  It could also use an editing job.  Things to consider, in any case.

And this is all contingent on whether or not the DM has some other plan in mind.

My character isn't gestalted - DecrepitDan accepted my application some time ago.  I'm pretty sure we're in the same game, unless I'm far more confused than I thought.

Looks great Kate. Thanks for writing a 'backstory' merge for our chars, I like the idea of Ilythyrra helping orient Feyua and it is very much in character for her! (Always love backstory elements that reflect a char's proclivities, calling, or abilities).

For incorporating Nyx (Wyzard's char), maybe he was with the cleric (Vergil's char Neria I assume) - maybe one of the patients she was tending to after the wolf attack? - and so that's when the pairs met. Thanks again for writing a shared backstory prompt.

Deprec - having DMed msyelf I *totally* understand it can take awhile to get a a campaign started, but since other players seem eager to start (and in my experience as DM, player momentum/enthusiasm is good to capitalize on), if you at least have an opening scene thought of, particularly if it's the sort of opening scene that doesn't initially involve combat or stuff that requires active DMing - i.e. a 'social' setting like an inn, tavern, village festival, quiet pond, travelin' down the road, etc. - one thing you can do is just start the IC and OOC forums, and then people can start roleplaying for awhile, and then you can bring in the 'quest/plot' stuff or first encounter/battle later.

Right now I'm in one System RP at E and that's how it started, for example - th DM's initial post described the village and then a particular inn/tavern, and the PCs were just meeting and socializing there for an hour or two of game time / a week or two of real time before Plot Event Stuff happened.

If anyone is still watching this thread, and waiting for me - I have a prompt up for all of you in the OOC thread that Kate has posted. Please take a look at that and have a safe, fun weekend.
