There is one REALLY ugly actor in it.  Build out of solid rock but ugly as sin.

My both chars are neutral, but willing to do more good things (if benefits somehow him anyways). Other is from even sea raider culture so piracy not far off from viking lifestyle

Just waiting to run into the aquatic elf ranger.  She and he will fit together nicely, like two halves of the same coin.  She's aquatic with a fascination for the terrestrial and he's terrestrial with a fascination for the aquatic.

Well - I'd sugest tossing a character in anyway. Let's be real, there's usually some dropoff in games here so replacement characters never hurt.

I felt the same, I was stuck between a magus, a warpriest, and a gunslinger, but someone called the last and there are apparently a lot of divine, so I went magical/fighter support.
