I'm not really sure which concept I like best
a pure badass that likes to fight just for the love of combat
  - or -
More of a fluff that is basically in the gang as someone's "bitch", though she's smarter than she acts and quite capable of using guys to get stuff when told to - a procurer of actual goods, services, and information.

No, the gang is so egalitarian - having someone act as "someones bitch" would be a bit weird, imo. I like the idea of a badass.

I knew this, how silly am I

Ok, My concept is this:

Wealthy 26 year old. A precocious youngster with a rebellious nature. She is a technological savant, and was able to study in state of the art facilities, an expertise in mechanics, and engineering. With the tech available to her in the future that the game is set in, she can basically build anything she wants by '3D printing' parts for things that are no longer manufactured. When she was 22, she finally did what she always wanted to do, escape the system. She freed herself from the grid, and ran away, vanishing and starting her own underground custom vehicle garage. She stole money from her family and started her illegal business. She is capable of making custom vehicles with the future tech in the game. And she is also capable of recreating old models of vehicles incase someone has a preference for the classics.

In this motorcycle gang, I'd like her to be the tank. For, she doesn't drive a motorcycle, she drives a car that she built. This character has a death wish, and the only thing that really matters to her is being able to drive faster than anyone is capable of driving, she loves racing, she loves being dangerous. She's an adrenaline junky that lives for the moment when she's on the razors edge of a road, about to fly off into a canyon. Her car will be heavier than anything else on the road, making it perfect for a lot of special tasks, blocking traffic, knocking over gates/fences/barriers,crashing pursuers, and protecting the rest of the gang from other dangers on the road. She can also move heavy equipment if needed to. She will essentially be the pack mule, and moving garage for the gang. Her car will have enough gear in it to make on the spot repairs for most issues. The only thing she can't really fit is extra tires. She still has a few of them, but only for emergencies.

It bothers her that motorcycles are faster than cars. And she's always tinkering trying to make her tank superior in every way.

I don't think I'm stepping on toes or anything. But my girl could realistically build anything.

hmm, yeah, it doesn't exactly make sense that one girl could repair and build guns AND motorcycles But, I'll go there if it's allowed.

I'm still filling out the finer details for the game. So those questions will be answered in depth.

Long story short: The story takes place in 2178, so futuristic motorcycles are what we want to aim for(if you character has that sort of money). Now, since the girls live or do a lot of the people in the slums, having less fancy equipment makes a lot of sense as well. So the use of motorcycles that stay on the ground are okay as well.

Just think about the character you're creating before the motorcycle or you can find a motorcycle you like and create a character off of it.

And weapons - yes, you can have them.

But honestly, don't worry about that stuff yet. People can post their character concept, I'll go through them and invite them to the actual game when things are all sad and done. Since there is only a limited space.

Speed is life, and life is speed. Fast bike, fast mouth, fast hands. Fast living, streaking towards a quick and painless death. Zero to sixty in you missed it; three shots in the 10-ring in under a second.

Jace lives for the rush, getting there first, getting it done fast, getting off first. Sure, she's a little brainburned- who isn't, these days? The stims just make her faster, make her candle burn brighter. Courier, escort, last-second cavalry- whatever. As long as it's fast, and preferably loud, she's there. Smaller than most of the rest of the crew, physically far less impressive, she's the rabbit who's always late, the cat who vanishes when you blink, leaving behind just a grin.

Ok so my first, rough, draft for a character. Can edit and probably will add more to it :)

Emma-Lynn, or Em for friends, is perhaps the example that made the saying Still waters run deep. She's quiet and reserved and used to be a bit of a loner. The city is in need of heroes though and with her superfast racing bike, Em was soon recruited in the rebellion.

She is a survivor, having managed to survive the rough streets alone for years, picking up skills here and there. Emma has made it a skill to remain unseen for as long as possible, opting for stealth over brute force. Equipped with a long range rifle and a fast bike, she is the ideal scout and is often assigned on overwatch. Despite this, she's very capable of using smaller firearms as well. Makes for a terrible melee fighter.

Despite the quietness and reservation and sneaking skills, she can be funny up to a point where she's just bat-shit crazy and very social towards friends. Her strong sense of justice also makes her want to help people as much as she can which was one of the main reasons she has joined the rebellion.
