Rog, I have explained their abilities and the race, that combined with the fact that they are usually exceptionally beautiful men who generally are dark as they are usually from Romanian area due to being born in the Carpathian mountains originally and families had spread out and began living around the world away from the mountains because of the problems of their race dying out, Many of the men are described as incredibly well built (have to be to fight Vampires who are Carpathians who have drank blood of a human until they are dead, making their first kill and losing their soul forever) They usually have dark hair, dark eyes though some have blond, not many, and light colored eyes are rare in their race. Other than that, you might want to define what you wish to know better.

Well, after being informed this might be a no no, I have removed the links but you can I guess do your own searches for it online and see what you find. I just put read online free for Christine Feehan Dark series and that's what I got.

Got it fireflights I am going to be quiet now and wait to see what is what, I guess I am just excited to write with this theme and will work on seeing if I can find a pretty boy pic that fits in, hopping this thread does occur. *smiles* The only thing I would request when/if .. I am allowed to write in this thread and thus get a request to write with ..... whomever the other person creates they are not a smoker. LOL.. yeah I am getting that quirk in at the start. It is in my top 3 of no no's *shrugs* ... okay nuff of that for now.. sorry for any confusion I may have caused. As stated I have read or listened to most of the books so I understand the basis and abilities and what it means to be 'Carpathian' ..

Hi Codexa... I think I and fireflights and a few other know how you feel.. I know there has been attempts in the past to write Carpathian one on one threads or group threads.. and I really hope this one pans out.

* Laughs * The issue is very few male have read the novels.. I know I am a bit of a rare bird when it comes to this..  however I am certain there are plenty of guys out there who would really enjoy this type of thread.. they just need to understand it a bit better..

Like the connection that if formed between the Carpathian and Psychic female... that very idea that there chosen mate though not Carpathian is far from mundane.. They in fact are also unique humans add to it that when a Carpathian finds his one true love who returns not only his ability to see in color but feel.. when they ... if they BIND they bind for life..

Of course if she chooses not to ... a Carpathian will see to end his existence instead of taking any chance of the darkness taking him.. OH yeah... basically Carpathians have the possibility of becoming Vampires.. in truth... so once they find that spark that hope.. they grasp it and worship and protect it.. for if something would happen to that flame it goes out.. so does there own..

*sighs* yup I am certain at least 100 or more guys could write here.. they just need to be educated and brought in...

I'm also debating between male and female. Kinda depends on whether we attract enough lords/male characters.

I'm waiting.  Several people put in their interest before me and given the Lack of Lords I'm going to wait and see if there's one for me or not.  If not, and that's okay!, I'm going to see if anyone needs a bestie, or an assistant on the show or to one of the Carpathians, or something like that.  Stars get the spotlight but sometimes supporting characters help make it shine brighter.  (:
