Topic: Coding: What am I doing wrong?

I have my signature laid out like I want...or at least I thought I did until I went to actually see how it shows up and it is absolutely NOT how I want it.  Not at all. 

I want it in a straight line across the bottom of the post, a single line, rather than all along the one side of the signature box that requires a scroll bar to fully be seen...

Don't hit enter between the lines and you should be ok. (I think you've hit enter. It's hard to tell for sure)

Deleted the Enter, and now it looks too jumbled and not at all as I was hoping it would be. -sigh-

It has to do with the fact that things are not centered or to the right.

I would try your links and pictures (of your O/O and ideas) to the left. probably [float left] to be on the safe side.

At the same time do [float right] for your link of Fashion Affairs and the Storytellers Cafe.

Make sure that you don't do this for everyone but for the groups if that makes sense?

So

As yes, what Mint said. Putting spaces between them also messes up.

That actually could work.  Not essentially how I had originally wanted it..but at least it is all on one line and somewhat soothing to my OCD.

I'd wanted the two links and the game status listed on the left side of the signature field.   The polaroid images in the center.  The FA and Storyteller's badges on the right side of the signature field.


Though, to be honest, I do love that layout Oreo...*loves to The Great Cookie*

The trick is always putting the pictures first. It took me forever to figure out how to do mine so I saved the format.

I know the feeling oh so well. I can't stand it when I end up with the scroll bar on my siggy. I'm glad you have some templates to work with now.
