It also varies which source you use, as Xanthar's guide has been blamed for some insane prices (500gp for adamantine light armor ). Some have gone for more balanced approach if possible (based on the overall impact of the item for the campaign).

Most GM's do not give price tag on items and just say 'for 5th level you can have 1 uncommon and then 4 common items' or overall place variants how much magic gear you have. In amount than GP price them.

Combat Style:  Rapier, Hand Crossbow, and Spells.  Anamisha avoids armor.  When struck, metamorphic scales appear briefly along her obsidian skin as the blow is repelled. 

Character History :
Anamisha doesn't know who her parents are.  She was a foundling baby abandoned outside a traveling carnival and raised by a family of acrobatics.  Anamisha believes her mother thought she would have a better life here than in a drow community.  She's a mischievous girl, a singer, dancer, and acrobat.

Though neither cruel nor greedy, Anamisha does love shinies and can be driven to terrible wrath if you hurt her friends.

Anamisha is a flirty maiden.  She is a bit addicted to the pleasure she shares with girls, and can be playfully aggressive.  She enjoys passion and pleasure, but fears getting pregnant and so has avoided men.

Should have, but...I kinda have an idea formulating that the heroes of hentai are gonna start the game a bit broke. I can disperse magic items a lot easier too so...we'll figure it out. I'll let you have it for 100 gp.

The Guide to the Great Goddess

A millennium ago Gagaldo was the angelic protector of human settlements. As cities grew so did the worship of Gagaldo, with her eventually becoming the deity of the civilized world. Over the centuries her worship changed as well. Once her priesthood was all women, now the majority is men although the head of the faith is still a woman known as the Matriarch. This has caused some friction among the faithful. For example, women prefer the traditional golden heart as their holy symbol while men prefer golden wings. An attempt has been made to combine the two as seen above but thus far neither side is happy with that. Also the clergy has somewhat shifted its focus to supporting the status quo and their place in it rather than bringing altruism to all people. Over time Gagaldo's name has became spoken less with most simply referring to her as "The Great Goddess." In addition to several shrines throughout the land the Great Goddess has four major temples...

The Temple of Life is the most traditional, still being predominately women. It is well-known for the tremendous amount of charitable work it does. The Matriarch resides here, her advanced age making visits to other temples rare.

The Temple of Knowledge is staffed by a mix of male and female scholarly priests. It contains numerous ancient tomes and important papers. Many people come here for information and some of the clergy are willing to tell the rich and powerful what they want to hear for the right price while other believe knowledge is a gift to be shared with all.

The Temple of Guardians is a male-dominated fortress protecting the land from enemies. Some of the priests wish for it to be renamed "The Temple of War" and to expand their power forcefully, being little more than mercenaries and extortionists. But it is also home to many brave crusaders that consider it to be their divine mission to risk their lives for others.

The Temple of Unity has become quite powerful, inserting its clergy as advisors to all manner of powerful people. It is nearly exclusively made up of men who firmly believe what is good for their priesthood is good for everyone. The Matriarch visits here the least of all due to it being the farthest away, leaving this faction with a great deal of autonomy. The hierarchy here is consists of the following...

  The Father Superior is the head of the temple and enjoys his power to the point of abusing it. A quite charming man, he has tremendous influence in the affairs of the land. Although he appears as the holiest of men he frequently indulges his vices with gusto.

  The Grand Brother handles the administrative affairs within the temple as well as directly supervising the clergy. He is a stoic bureaucrat that detest any disruptions to his routine.

  Brothers and Sisters are the rank-and-file priests, with males vastly outnumbering females. They are the ones that deal with people the most.

  The Sister Bride is the newest position, a young woman of alluring sensuality groomed to be a concubine for the temple. Although this is a rather unsavory role the lovely lady in question does seem to have a connection with the Great Goddess as she has become an accomplished cleric.

History

Lady Fraya is a minor noble of the Kingdom of Tensul, that was known primarily for its many rivers and exotic fruits that grew in the forest that dominated the hilly landscape and was considerably wealthy due to how well the fruits preserved. The fruits, and indeed all crops, grew abundantly and healthily due to the place being a center point of ley line crossings, infusing the place with natural magic. Although the land was poor in other resources, magic users of all sorts were more prevalent in the land and as such a formidable school of magic, commonly named the Tower of Tensul, was built.

It was common for graduates of the Tower to seek advisory roles to noble houses in the land and elsewhere if their studies were exemplary but there were many paths for those that fell behind. Enchanted items of all sorts, primarily scrolls and potions were abundant in the land and also were exported to other nations at a considerable profit.

The land also boasted some of the best spys in the world as all of them had minor magical items to help disguise themselves or communicate safely over long distances, or were mages in their own regard that had similar spells at hand. This ensured that Tensul always had warning before danger appeared in the form of armies or assassinations or the likes, and as such the land had known peace for longer than any other - allowing it to flourish and focus on trade and luxuries.

For the past two hundred years Tensul has been known as a haven for mages and sorcerers of all kinds and also a safe place to retire for those wealthy enough. It's forests were more or less untouched as almost all food is harvested without intensive farming - or imported from other lands, leaving their hilly landscape, rich with wildlife and trees, rivers and waterfalls, perfect for sight seeing.

Lady Freya is a Baroness, which is a minor noble, but she has preferred to see the sights of the world than to govern estates. Her studies didn't go as well as some, for she was focused on the sexual nature of spells and neglected a lot of core teachings, much to her tutors disgust. Due to this an argument brewed between her family and the masters, and the outcome was determined that she could develop worldly ways of her choosing the way she desired, by being free of the confines of the tower. Thankfully her family adored her and supported her desires to explore the sexuality of the world and indeed magic also, but insisted she stay in touch with writing letters to them whenever she can.
