I have been really craving a good tabletop style game. I am open to DnD 5E, Pathfinder original or 2E, as they are the ones I am most familiar with. I am also totally open to having it be a combination of here on the sight and discord. Possibly even working with Roll20. If you haven't looked at that site I highly recommend it! I don't want to run it, I'm just not very good at running games lol. But I really miss having a consistent group to play with. So if there is anyone interested in building a solid group let me know. :)

Hoping to get a few nibbles,
Curvykitten

  Hi Curvy!

Give me a few days or weeks to get what I'm currently starting settled and then I bet I can get you something, k?

What kind of smut do you like mixed in to your D&D, and how much?

I'm fine with waiting for some good D&D goodness hehe

And I'm fine with none or a little, whatever the story leads too. But I wouldn't want it to be to much or the focus of the game.

Muse

  *Smiles*  Sounds good.

Of those first edition pathfinder is the thing i'm most likely to run.  :)

Sorry was away for my birthday.

I am fine with using First edition pathfinder. It's the one I am most familiar with anyway! hehe

  Hi Elodin.

I was going to run it here on Elliquiy.

If she isn't, I am >.> All the games here are PF2E at the moment, and whilst I get it, I need to scratch my 1e itch. Especially now that I'm GMing a group of newbs IRL so my chances of being an IRL player anytime soon are slim to none xD

Men in general judge more by the sense of sight than by that of touch, because everyone can see but few can test by feeling. Everyone sees what you seem to be, few know what you really are; and those few do not dare take a stand against the general opinion. Therefore it is unnecessary to have all the qualities I have enumerated, but it is very necessary to appear to have them. And I shall dare to say this also, that to have them and always observe them is injurious, and that to appear to have them is useful; to appear merciful, faithful, humane, religious, upright, and be so, but with a mind so framed that should you require not to be so, you may be able and know how to change to the opposite.

Sorry I was away for a few days. Yes I very much am! :)

As am I, table top groups fill up fast here and I never want to burden anyone but if I can get in from the jump I'd love to.

Yeah I understand that struggle well lol. I'm still open to more games, D&D or pathfinder. Though I admit I am more familiar with D&D. I've played the first edition pathfinder some, but second will be new to me. Thankfully I do have that d20 experience hopefully backing me up LOL.

Vergil Tanner

I just really wanna play Pathfinder, honestly. I'm DMing a group of news IRL, so I won't be playing for a while, and I have a Hobgoblin Kineticist character I wanna play. I dunno, Earthbending Hobgoblin just tickles me, I guess xD

I've never paid much attention to the occult classes, so i hope you don't mind doing without a kineticist

  Okay...

  The brainstorm begins...

The game will be 1st editon pathfinder, set in either Golraion or the Forgotten Realms.

Q.1: Do  people prefer Golarion of the Forgotten Realms.

Q.2: Is the NC:ES content level acceptable to everyone?

Q.3:  Is there a character level people prefer

Q.4:  What kind of gender spread should i expect from this group?

What? :O I've kinda got my heart set on the Kineticist >.< I know it isn't really an optimal class (actually, it's kinda weak, all things considered) but it's so different to what I normally play. xD

Honestly, I have a craving for Kineticist and t I have limited time and I'd rather hold off and wait for a campaign where I can play the character I have a craving for. I dunno, maybe if the setting is good enough I'll hop in anyway, but gut reaction is "I want to play a kineticist and I don't have any other character concepts in my head, so it's Kineticist or I don't play."

Although, on second thought, I suppose I could break out my Oracle...it would depend. Muse, in your campaigns, is Necromancy ALWAYS an inherently evil act, or does it depend on what you use those undead minions for?

As for the questions, eh, I might as well say my piece in case I change my mind.

1) Golarion for me.

2) Sure!

3) I tend to prefer starting at level 2 or 3 personally. It's WAY too easy to die at first level xD I dunno, since Forum PF games go pretty slowly, we could always start higher? Maybe like...5th level or something, so we can get straight into a higher level adventure rather than having to churn through goblin caves? xD

4) I tend to play either or, so meh. My Kineticist was a male, but if I end up thinking of a replacement concept, it could go either way.

If there's space for one more...

0. 5e > PF1  ;D

1. I kind of prefer forgotten realms, but either is good, though I guess it depends on where in Golarion we're talking.

2. Seems fine for me, though I'm not a fan of "hard" non-con

3. 1st is fine for me, though 3rd is better for 5e, and 5th for PF1

4. I tend to play female / futa characters, but mostly because it's just easier to find pictures I like for 'em (not  huge fan of "scowling heap of muscle with 80-lb shoulderpads" types).

Vergil Tanner

Well hello there Chul! Fancy seeing you here! :P

I think I like my Suli Necromancer idea. Female, I think...assuming that Necromancer isn't an inherently evil act? I know that by RAW it is, but I always found that silly. Surely it's what you DO with those zombies that counts! xD

I'm running 1-3 games (1 on another site, the other 2 are just single dungeons that may get picked up someday on this site) and I think playing in potentially 6 games.  currently only 1 or 2 are active in a single day, sometimes none, so right now they don't feel like much and they are all play by post.

That said, I'm interested but unsure of my ability to post regularly in the future (though I do check in multiple times a day for every game I'm part of).

1. I've played in Forgotten Realms the most, but either setting is ok for me (honestly I don't worry too much about setting except when I play a cleric and need to pick one of the setting dieties)

2. as long as there's no scat or watersport I'm generally ok with most everything else, though some that may pop up I won't be excited over, those 2 are the biggest, consistent offs.

3. 5th level sounds good for pathfinder.  I think I've only played in 2 games that exceeded level 7 ever since I started playing roleplaying games.

4. I play females almost exclusively, though sometimes a male if that would help with the storytelling.  my early male characters had a death rate 10x higher than my female characters (usually in the first session) and is a big part of my female preference (plus there are so many more interesting female pics available).

Zaer Darkwail

I voice interest on joining this :)

1. Forgotten Realms is my old favorite and know it thoroughly fashion. But okay also playing in Golarion so either setting I am fine with (but favoring FR).

2. That content is acceptable for me.

3. In 5th DnD rules, the third level is ideal (gets into archetype and now fresh char). In 1st edition pathfinder 5th level or so is better and can get into more interesting plots.

4. I usually roll as a male but can also roll female depending on inspiration/concept.

1. I am most familiar with Forgotten Realms through D and D (not sure if there is a difference?). But as long as I can get some info that might pertain to my character I'd be fine to go with either.

2. Yup fine with me as long as I get asked about any NC and my offs are not ignored. :)

3. I'm fine with any level as they each tend to have fun rp goodness to them.

4. I feel like I'm just being repetitive here. But I'm fine with whatever we get. As long as we have a collection of great writers I don't think it really matters.

Roman100

Sorry, for butting in but I'm new on the site and looking for just this kind of game.  Any chance you have room for one more?

We haven't got a group yet, so of course you can jump in! More the merrier!

Q.1: Do  people prefer Golarion of the Forgotten Realms.

I don't know Golarion but most my table top time has been spent in Home Brew so any setting is fine with me

Q.2: Is the NC:ES content level acceptable to everyone?

Sure, no reason to complain about that if everyone is having fun

Q.3:  Is there a character level people prefer

I've played a long time, I'm happy with any level really.

Q.4:  What kind of gender spread should i expect from this group?

Can't speak for everyone but I'd prefer to play a male.

Huh, ok. xD

Well, I don't mind doing Forgotten Realms. I'm more familiar with Golarion, but I can do either. Either way, good luck peeps. I have my suspicions who will be chosen and who won't be, so...we'll see who makes it and who's left holding their dicks in their hands looking for a GM to satisfy the craving xD
