Quick apology to everyone that was expecting an IC earlier this week... life came crashing in and I've been extremely busy with stuff I wasn't expecting. >_< Hoping to get myself into the right headspace for this today though. Maybe tomorrow depending on how tired I am.

Don't know how quickly things will be moving in this group, so I can't say either way if there'll be any difficulties keeping up with content. You won't be expected to post any more/less frequently than you're comfortable with. But it might be a good idea to communicate that you're a slow poster to people you're interacting with. Just so they're not logging on daily expecting a response. From what I've seen and heard so far though, people on this forum lean pretty heavily towards understanding and accommodating for such cases, so I doubt there'll be any issues.

Personality: Clementine was raised to be a polite, sweet and caring girl with a practical head on her shoulders and all the charm of a socialite.  She comes off as prim and proper and blushes easily.  She is kind and helpful and has a bell-like laugh that people find soothing.  Clementine speaks with a drawl that makes her seem relaxed and open. She is very friendly and is a touchy feely sort of person.  She will hold friends’ hands and hug recently met strangers. Clementine loved to cook (especially loves to bake), which she shares with her classmates whenever possible.  Clementine is almost embarrassed by her abilities. She is super strong, fast and agile.  All of which seem out of place on the curvy and proper lopunny mix.  They are very unladylike qualities in her mind and she tries not to display them when she does not have too.

Clementine’s lopunny libido kicked in in her mid-teens and she has been active ever since, not that anyone would guess when meeting her.  While she may blush and be coy in mixed company she has surprised a number of her friends by her playful, adventurous and downright kinky nature in bed.  She does not mistake sex for love which has gotten her into trouble before when a fun romp has confused a friend into thinking there were stronger feelings on her part than there really were.  Ultimately she would like to settle into a loving relationship with someone as adventurous and kinky as she is.  Societal norms mean very little to her in this way.

Background: Clementine grew up on the family farm that raised all sorts of interesting Pokémon like Miltanks, torchics and Lopunnies.  She had a mostly idyllic childhood and didn’t think herself very different from any of the other children she grew up with and around.  Clementine learned a lot about the different Pokémon she grew up with and everyone said she had a knack for Pokémon husbandry.  No one told her the little family secret.  That her mother was not really her mother and that her father had a thing for their prized lopunny Abigail.  It turned out her “mother” had a thing for the lovely lopunny too and that she had been conceived in a lovely and forbidden little tryst between the three of them.  When Abigail gave birth to a human child her parents were shocked.  It wasn’t until she was much older that Clementine understood why she had such and affection for Abigail and why the lopunny had been her constant companion as a child.

In her young Clementine was a skinny little beanpole as likely to be wallowing with the tipigs as she was baking with her human mother.  It wasn’t until puberty hit that her lopunny DNA manifested.  It seemed like overnight she went from skinny tomboy to voluptuous debutant.  Her mother placed her in a local finishing school to teach her proper etiquette for a young lady.  As it turned out this was also where her lopunny libido kicked in and she experimented quite willingly with her lovely classmates in very unladylike ways.  Still she managed to not get kicked out of the school and returned home the lovely belle her mother had been hoping for when she sent her away.

While the compulsion to follow the suggestion will fade out eventually the target would still think it was their own idea.

What were they doing prior to arriving at S4?
Lulukat's mom was a pokemon trainer that after being defeated by a wild hypno was raped 'willingly' subdued herself to it as a way of showing how much she admired it for defeating her. After she regained her senses she cleaned herself, got dressed and headed back to town only to find out a few days later that she had got herself pregnant from that encounter. Not wanting the people to mock at her for being ravaged by a wild pokemon she quickly got herself a brand new hypno so everyone would think instead that she banged her own pokemon as most people did. It wouldn't surprise her that her daughter had inherited the hypnotic powers of the pokemon that conceived her but what would be a surprise was that she also inherited the very same mischievous behavior that made Lullukat play with her mother just as that wild pokemon did, and as she would with everybody else too.

With heavy plump breasts, a shapely butt and thick thighs Lulukat loves having others look at her and lust for her, she is a mischievous and conceited girl that likes getting away with whatever she wants and will go any length to achieve it not accepting a no for an answer. Anyone who knew her would say she was more prone to be a villain than a heroine, although in fact all those who had already met her would only speak wonderfully good things about her. Considering how much she dislikes text books and homework the real reasons of why she joined Sabrina's school still remain a complete mystery, even for the telepath head of the school.

Lulukat couldn't care less about attending to Sabrina's school but the mention of an ethics certificate to be left alone to do as she wanted was something she found quite tempting although she found Sabrina to be quite an interesting to be around as well and this was in fact the real reason why she accepted the proposal.

How do they like to spend their free time? Hobbies? Interests?
Lulukat spends her time doing what she feels like doing in the moment but things she adore are dancing and listening to music and she looks forward joining the dance club if there is one (and taking control of it) or founding one if there isn't any. The possibility of merging clubs with the music one is not out of consideration but if so she would like to have some help with as it would involve a more people. Something else she loves doing is admiring herself and as such she is often looking at herself on a mirror.

Other interests she has are eating, sweets particularly, and making fun and humiliating others, especially shy people. If she finds anyone else who is as mischievous as she is she is likely to befriend them immediately (but only if they are as free spirited as she is), the same goes for those that will just let her have control over them as Lulukat is quite dominant as well but she will require some proof of this. As an exhibitionist anda voyeur she is likely to demand being worshiped at any time and any place.

What are a few things they dislike or just can’t stand?
She dislikes rules, reading and doing homework and will usually have someone else 'volunteer' to her chores, while she loves eating she doesn't like cooking either. Some other things she totally dislikes are not getting what she wants and submitting (or rather admitting that she likes it, sort of a guilty pleasure for her but one that she will never allow anyone to find out).

What do they see themselves doing after graduating S4?
Taking over the world, haha, I'm just kidding... or not? Not even Sabrina would be able to tell if Lulukat was actually kidding or not when she told this answer to her but the fact that she Lulukat had no bad intentions and just wanted to be free, sure she greatly enjoyed being loved and cherished by all but if there was something she desired more than anything was not having to worry about what people could think of such a dangerous girl as she could be.

While not yet strong enough to be of any use in an actual fight, these powers are far from their maximum potential in Hinawa. The red of Hinawa's eyes glows faintly when she uses any of these powers.
- Intangibility - By concentrating, Hinawa can use her inherent powers to phase through solid matter, even including other people if she so wishes. By making light pass through her, she can even turn invisible, though this can only be maintained for a few seconds at this point.
- Witch Incantation - By humming and singing a melody of chants nobody can understand, Hinawa can curse those that hear her incantation, causing them future or current torment. This can take many forms, from simple bad luck to creeping dread that can last for days, or even crippling panic attacks or mental anguish. By expending vastly more effort and time, she can also instead bless someone that hears her incantation, granting them incredible luck for a single thing they wish for.
- Shadow Magic - A collection of 'attacks' Hinawa may summon with her abilities, from a simple ball of shadow energy to dancing, flickering flames or sharpened magical leaves. When using this ability, Hinawa's eyes glow bright red and yellow, making her unable to turn invisible.

What were they doing prior to arriving at S4?
Hinawa doesn't exactly know where she came from. As far as she can tell, she never had parents - either an orphan, or abandoned, she doesn't know and doesn't care anymore. For as long as she can remember, she has lived as an outsider in society, a freak, someone barely scraping by - because of her eyes. Entirely yellow sclera combined with bright red irises tend to stand out - especially when normally associated with ghost-type Pokémon. But with her abnormal eyes came abnormal powers as well. And when a child is constantly pushed away by everyone, such powers are quickly misused, so for as long as she can remember, Hinawa has been a thief, trouble-maker and general pain-in-the-ass for everyone she has ever met.
Bitter and crafty, it took quite some time for someone to catch onto her actions, hidden in the criminal underworld as she became. However, her minor powers weren't able to slip away for long when the authorities got wise to them and simply used some of their own ghost-type Pokémon to contain her, since handcuffs had the annoying habit of never staying on her if she didn't want them to be. However, she was given a choice because of this - either they'd find a way to contain her for quite a serious length of time for her constant stealing and causing more than one accident that resulted in injuries, or receive 'rehabilitation and education' at S4. So of course, the latter option was her choice.

How do they like to spend their free time? Hobbies? Interests?
Whenever she didn't spend her time bitterly throwing things at people's heads from the ceiling, Hinawa found an interest in many a morbid topic and form of entertainment, perhaps due to her ghostly heritage. Horror movies, novels, studying urban legends about everything haunted - those are her focus. However, she is not especially driven, but rather reactionary - she's just as happy just lazing a day away without doing anything much besides the absolute bare minimum. The last thing she had taken an interest in prior to getting herself shipped to S4 was abusing her powers a bit to peek in on absolutely everything she really shouldn't, from changing rooms to hidden electronic files. Though the former of those two were generally the more intriguing ones, and she certainly didn't discriminate against which ones she poked her head into. Sometimes literally, as is common when walls are more of a 'suggestion'.

What are a few things they dislike or just can’t stand?
'People' is the usual answer for Hinawa. She treats normal humans the same way she has been treated - with cold disgust and dislike, often outright hostility, and never with respect. Pokémon and other hybrids she is indifferent to and doesn't have an intense dislike to them. On a less serious side, she is not a fan of strong sunlight, can't swim (and hates being wet anyway) and is at least somewhat averse to being touched randomly, and may just phase through someone in response. She also has a supremely short fuse for anyone who doesn't just 'get to the point' - she's about as romantic as a brick wall as a result, and appreciates other people being as blunt - and unfiltered - as herself instead.

What do they see themselves doing after graduating S4?
Hinawa is comparatively goal-less - she's at S4 because the alternative is worse, but sees little reason to change her behavior despite where it brought her. If nothing changes, she sees herself doing what she has always been doing - tormenting humans that tormented her, and take advantage of them at every turn to make her own life better. She doesn't think about the long-term, be it in planning or consequences.

Player Offs/Ons: My list is filled out, and I may get up a larger actual topic eventually. For now, the list should suffice, though.

Heya Silim! I'm glad you think we're interesting, and even gladder to have you throw a character in... is gladder a word?
I think Hinawa could be a lot of fun to play with, and I'm sure I'm not the only one who thinks so. There's nothing wrong with the character, and a lot of things that are right about her, so it goes without saying that she's accepted! Two things I should mention though:
1) I get a really strong combative vibe from Hinawa. That's not a problem, but I just wanted to make clarify that combat probably won't be a huge factor in this roleplay. The premise of the plot is that students will practice and hone their powers, but if the later iteration is anything to go by it'll likely end up being more about social+personal development.
2) She sounds like a grump, and I love grumpy characters. Unfortunately a lot of people don't agree, and I'm always worried that characters like Hinawa will end up being isolated. So hopefully she'll be a loveable grump.

EDIT: Also, what's her hair color?

I'd like a bit more clarification relating to her powers too, as I'm not sure what the difference between agility and speed is in her instance. An example on her hearing and strength abilities would be nice too. Should be able to get a good idea looking at the current list of accepted characters.
Finally, I should probably also mention that only the first two abilities should be unlocked at this stage, so you'll probably have to bring the super strength up to the second or first slot.

Glad to be joining you guys! Yeah, Hinawa will be a bit of a grump, but not a super antisocial/unlikable one, don't worry. Her powers/personality are combative, but half the fun will be that she can't just solve everything by throwing a fork at someone... And really, if anyone could use a lot of social development, it'd be her. :p

And oh right, hair color. I used the black & white image mostly cause it was easy to add some eye color alterations. Her hair is naturally purple, and skin rather pale (and doesn't tan, she just goes straight into a sunburn instead...).

Well damn, that's pretty well done! And yeah, I've seen issues with more "antisocial" characters myself. Hinawa (as a general concept, not this version) is a character I've played in many a setting, and generally while she seems 'antisocial', she also usually can't ever manage to actually stay away from people and stay out of trouble involving others, having a supreme likelihood of getting herself involved in most things you'd think she wouldn't be. Maybe 'reluctantly social' is a good way to describe it? :p

What do they see themselves doing after graduating S4?  Clementine has always thought she would be going back to the farm.  It is all that she has ever really known before finishing school and S4.  That could change though.  Becoming a chef and opening her own restaurant are certainly possibilities.  She is undecided at the moment which in and if itself is a huge step for CeCe.  For the first time she is open to new ideas and experiences.

Lulukat Miles: Five course meal with all the trimmings.  Lulukat is CeCe’s favorite food taster. CeCe provides so many things that Lulukat enjoys that CeCe is spared the worst of Lulu’s acerbic mocking.  CeCe is also very attracted to her so she is more than willing to forgive her shortcomings that others might be.

Our two ghosts are both gonna get into so much trouble, it'll be hilarious! Even if Hinawa will be slightly freaked out by Hunter for a bit, that just makes it more fun.
