"But his hon. friend raised a question of a different kind by the Bill he had introduced, and argued as if it were a mere complement to the measure he had himself passed two years ago, contending that, in logic, the House of Commons was bound to confer the parliamentary suffrage on women, because it had trusted them with the municipal franchise."

If lines in a poem separated by commas count as sentences then it is "and her colours bright."

If it's full 'sentences', then it would be the first line of the last stanza on the page, which is "Condemned to a tiny iron cage."

"A Personal Demon" by David Bischoff, Rich Brown and Linda Richardson.

If you've heard of it, and read it, I'd be pretty impressed.  It's like a 30 year old paperback.  Loaned it out a few years ago, never came back and i had to hunt down a used copy of it through amazon, it's just gathering dust on my desk at the moment but i intend to read it again when i have a chance.
