I'm running a game in DC that currently has 20 or so players. I'd like to do an evaluation. I'm not thinking that is possible anonymously in E. I considered a poll, but that would only be one question, etc.

Before I jump out to Survey Monkey or something, any thoughts?

I used Survey Monkey for a project in class.  It's good, and you can do it for free, provided you don't go over the 10 question limit.  After that it is $30 a month.
