Thinking about joining here. Are the fairy tale inspirations for characters more of a fixed thing, or is it more of a Once Upon A Time (tv series) approach where they keep the name but play pretty loosely with the inspiration for each character?

How does Jack the Giant-Killer as an axe-wielding enforcer/hitman for the Darkwood underworld sound? Big, hulking, and brutish, smarter than he looks.

Tink and Lalu are rebooting the game, but it remains unclear what elements they will retain or modify. 

However, I am sure more information will be coming soon.
