Hello there! Recently I have invited a friend to join Elliquiy, but it seems like he has been having issues in registration.

According to what he has reported, he received an e-mail stating that his registration request needed to be reviewed and approved. However, I didn't receive the same e-mail upon registration - I could directly enter the website and open my Introduction topic without issues.

When I asked him for more information, it looks like he used a temporary mail address to open his account, and that might be the reason for the issue. I told him that he'll likely need to use an actual e-mail to open his account in the website.

If someone has further information about the matter that I can relay to him, that would be much appreciated!

It seems him using a temporary e-mail address could be an issue. But also, we do recommend using an actual e-mail address rather than a temporary one, as using temporary ones could lead to issues down the lines. Do tell him that he should try using a more permanent e-mail address, but if he has any further issues, just keep us updated and we'll help out however we can.

Thank you all for the answers! I have notified my friend about the issues regarding temporary e-mails and he has already joined the website with his standard e-mail account.
