MCU Spiderman x OC Villainess

Hi there, so I'm looking for something kind of specific. I don't know a whole lot about Spiderman outside of the movies and general common knowledge (you don't need to know more than that either!) so this is the cinematic universe central. The basic overview is that I would like to write my OC vilainess character (Josie) against someone writing MCU Peter Parker / Spiderman.

I'm looking for a mix of romance, angst, comedy, drama, action, etc! I'd like them to either both be seniors in high school (both 18) or I'd like for my character to be 18 and Peter a couple of years older (21 - 27 range? Your choice there!) Peter can either be single at the start of the plot or he could be involved with another character (thinking MJ if you want to go this route but could be anyone, it's out of character for Peter to cheat for sure, but it'd be more Josie flirting with him and making moves in villain alter-ego and perhaps while things are tense and already falling apart between him and his current love interest).

Whichever route we go, I'd like Peter (as Spiderman) to catch Josie committing some petty theft but lets her off with a loose warning because she's probably stealing something dumb like menstrual pads or some super crappy snackfood - maybe she does something that lets on that she really actually needs it, just doesn't have the means to buy it - and Peter being receptive to this and a kind person let's her off with the warning and maybe even buys her something that she needed/something to eat (an added "that flavor sucks, this one's better" is a cute detail too). They have a little chat and the two obviously have some chemistry from the getgo.

He of course has no way of knowing that she's the current thorn in his side - a villainess who goes by Nightshade that has been committing much more serious crimes, from grand theft, intelligence reconnaissance to assassinations. They've been playing cat and mouse in their hero/villain lives, where Josie (as Nightshade) begins flirting with him (as Spiderman) after he was kind to her with the petty theft. Meanwhile, in their civilian life Peter decides he wants to try and get to know Josie (partly because he's kind of sweet on her but mostly because he wants to try and help her) but Josie, obviously not knowing he's Spiderman, is more abrasive, mysterious and distant - which only makes him want to know her more.

Josie, I like to play as distant, guarded and oftentimes grumpy with sarcastic wit or dry and sometimes dark humor. She does have a softer and more playful side, but it does take her some time to open up to someone. As far as Peter, I love him as portrayed by Tom Holland - sweet, kind, nerdy, strong-willed, however, I do like multi-faceted characters. Peter has some traumas in his life, and I do know from what little pieces I've been exposed to of the comics that Peter has a quiet, chained rage lurking somewhere deep inside that he isn't even aware of. So... kinks! I'm pretty open to everything with the exception of vore and scat. I do plan for this to be a lighter-hearted game but I could still write darker kinks if desired. I figure stuff like vaginal, anal, oral could be here - rough sex, that kind of stuff. We could do some bondage if we want a little spice. Could do risque scenes. If we want it a lot spicier we could do stuff like cheating or cucking (maybe Josie has a boyfriend?)
