Interest Check: OC Super Hero Game Where...(See the Check)

I have always wanted to try this, and I cannot try this with just anyone. It can only be done with people actually interested and who like prompts. Any who, a super hero game where writers do not pick what super power their character has. Instead, writers apply to the game, and then their names are randomly submitted into a randomizer with random powers, and whatever super power pops out for that writer, they have to come up with an entire character, super hero name, and story for it. Those characters will then be placed into a RP with other randomized heroes. It is kind of the fun to see how good of a story we can create completely off of fate.

Anyone interested in this idea?

Also, you're not allowed to be bummed about whatever random power you get. I don't expect everyone to get what they want or hope to get so please be a good sport. I will probably get something crazy and get frustrated trying to build a story around it, but that's the challenge and the fun of it all. XD

Power level...that might depend on what power you get and what you think the level will be with such a power. I am going to avoid all "Omin-" and "Absolute" powers because I'm not trying to bestow anyone with the power of God.

Nope. You apply to the game. There's a randomization thing that happens and whatever super power pops out with your name is what you get. I was thinking of use either random.org or my old school way where I write down 50 super powers, put them in a hat, and blind select. I want there to be a large pool of super powers so that anyone could have gotten anything. I will try to make sure the powers aren't lame. I will be selecting powers from Super Power Wiki.

It will be GM-guided in the since that I will control the media and I can also GM missions for everyone. If you guys do anything public, depending on how public you were about saving people, then you will see it posted on the news. You will also see the personalities of some of the news anchors. If society fears your character, then the news will be against you. If society likes your character, then the news will say great things about you. It'll evolve over time with the drama that comes up.
