Generally speaking, you don't want any important skill to be 0, no matter the attribute. Because you're then looking at rolling your attribute alone...and I'm pretty sure that Witchcraft includes a non-proficiency penalty. Remember, you're looking at a stat+skill+roll being equal to at least 9 for basic success! I'm sure you can do the math.
And that's for basic success. You want more if you're expecting halfway competent opposition. Because then you have to beat whatever the opposing character's level of success was.

And yes, I've played Witchcraft before, so I can confirm the above holds true in play. However, that's not a big advantage, since I've never played in the default setting.

Faith: Confucian and officially Christian (without specifying denomination - actually interested in esoteric Christian traditions)...but also Taoist and Buddhist. He doesn't see a contradiction. Anyone who wants to argue religion with him has to start by winning a friendly sparring to show his own enlightenment, though - meaning that he has had preciously few religious debates...

General Appearance: Dresses like a normal, slighlty conservative student, slightly on the attractive side ("assuming that men could be attractive", as he himself would hasten to add, chuckling, if anyone mentioned it).
If normal students were built like linebreakers and moved like stalking cats, that is. But if asked, he's simply explain that martial arts are a family tradition, and they build the body if you're doing them since your childhood...and then he'd move to giving you extensive info about the health benefits and discipline, and how he doesn't plan to go MMA so he just watches boxing for fun.

HISTORY & PERSONALITY

HISTORY:
Fergus is the son of Chinese immigrants who left Taiwan early on, but was born in the USA. Both his mother and his father were leading exponents of Guoshu (known as "kung-fu" in the West, but litterally meaning "National Art").
The path of his recruitment as a Storm Dragon was thus quite straightforward, he litterally got recruited by his family. Well, not by his father - but by a nephew, style name Adelaide. She offered him membership after trouncing his ass in a sparring. Only after that did he learn his parents are members as well...but they explained that according to Storm Dragon rules, it would have been unfair to offer him a membership. What dutiful son could refuse?
His only regret is not being allowed to enter a MMA circuit and giving some people he met on martial arts-related Twitter (the only kind of Twitter he follows, apart from a local metal band) a sound thrashing. However, his parents wouldn't stand for him blowing his cover! And he has no desire to just beat those people in a backalley.
He has had a few run-ins with Triad members, usually over girls...and is starting to suspect that something darker might be behind those continuing clashes. Or it might be just bad luck, who knows?
Teaching in his family's martial arts school doesn't really pay the bills, and he supplements it with part-time work. His parents believe that working is a good thing for a youngster. Still, he obviously reads books, since he has shown some unexpected knowledge from time to time.
He has just turned the page on a love story with a Korean girl who has taught him some interesting stuff when it comes to worshipping the ancestors...but they broke before he could actually delve deeper in that. It was a clean break, they remained friends, none of them had any regrets! Right? Right, ST ?

PERSONALITY: Loves martial arts, beautiful women, and music (more or less in that order). Carefree, but years of martial arts have taught him restraint. Sometimes surprises people with flashes of information that nobody expected him to have.

PLAYER LIMITS: MxM (this includes anyone with male genital organs), scat, watersports, and pretty much everything sexual that goes in the Extreme section. Note: gore in a fight would faze neither Fergus, nor his player.
