I'm interested, but there's a lot here. Initial ideas are a shapeshifter with some abilities linked to big cats; possibly magically gifted, if that hasn't been used up too much (Still reading over things).

My PC Damien has a thing for cars and at least one owns a bike but there's no real 'gunman' along the lines of a deadshot-esque concept.
