RPG



A Role Playing Game Set in the DC Universe, showing the expansion of the Teen Titans. Combining the DCEU Canon with the beloved mythology of the comics and Animated features. The storyline focusses on the rise of The Brotherhood of Blood and what it means for the heroes and heroine's going forward. I will allow new takes on canon characters in DC lore and original characters providing they adhere to the DC Canon. Aka they can be Aliens, Meta Humans, Techo-Machine creations, Amazons, Atlantians, Magical Beings and Vigilante's. 

The Heroes already established in the universe are as follows.

Superman/Clark Kent, Batman/Bruce Wayne, Wonder Woman/Diana prince, Aquaman/Arthur Curry, Flash/Barry Allen and Cyborg/Victor Stone.

◾ Self-Sustenance: So long as Donna Troy stays on Themyscira, she does not require food, water or any other form of nourishment to maintain her health and vitality. Although they are not susceptible to the throes of hunger, this does not mean that Amazons don't consume food for enjoyment. The Amazons frequently hold great festivals wherupon food is served.

== Background ==
Donna Troy is a young woman created through a magical clay ritual, intended by the Amazonian sorceress Derinoe to be the successor of the late Hippolyta. Shortly after her creation, Donna Troy was told by Derinoe that she was to be Themyscira's savior for enemies both outside and within, and was named the new Guardian at the council of Amazons. Donna Troy believed that the island should belong to women alone, and as such, the Sons of Themyscira had to be killed. This brought her into conflict with the former queen, Hippolyta, who had sworn to protect these men.

Personality and History

Personality
When he first started out, he desired to be a good hero, Superboy had anger issues. Having spent his first 16 weeks of existence as a science project and mind-controlled puppet, Superboy is defiant and does not like being told what to do or being dismissed. He often behaves with an air of extreme confidence, due in large part to the fact that he is Superman's genetic clone, and was created in order to replace him. This makes him exceedingly overconfident in his abilities to the point that he ignores the help of others and impulsively throws himself into situations that he cannot handle on his own. Despite this confidence, he worries about living up to his namesake, Superman. Due to the fact he never really had the opportunity to interact with anyone until recently, Superboy is somewhat anti-social and has a hard time getting along with others or showing his emotions. As such he constantly behaves in a confrontational manner to all people, even those who are attempting to be kind towards him. Even simple things like making amends with people who he has wronged is a tough concept for him to understand. However, he has learned quickly and has become not quite so silent, to the point of even carrying on a conversation without getting angry.

By 2016, Superboy seems to have become more mellow and in touch with his emotions, but he is still angered whenever Miss Martian uses her powers invasively. He has also become more experienced and uses his intelligence more, planning attacks instead of going in with physical strength.

Biography
On March 21, 2010, Project Cadmus initiated Project Kr. It was based on Project Match, an earlier attempt to clone Superman. Because of the incomplete DNA sequences, "Match" was deemed a failure, a mistake they did not repeat on Project Kr. For this new project, gaps in the sequences were filled with human DNA, with Lex Luthor as the donor. He was kept in a containment pod along with three G-Gnomes, who telepathically controlled him and educated him with the knowledge of a boy of his physiological age.

Powers:
Kryptonian Physiology Under the effects of a "yellow" sun, Superboy possesses the same potential powers as an average Kryptonian. These include:
*Solar Energy Absorption Under optimal conditions, this is the main source of Superboy's super powers as they are contingent upon exposure to solar radiation from a yellow sun star system. His biological make up includes a number of organs which lack analogues in humans and whose functions are unknown. It is believed that between one or more of these and his bio-cellular matrix, "yellow" solar energy is stored for later use. This allows for the use of these powers to fade when yellow solar radiation is not available instead of immediate failure.
*Heat Vision Superboy can, as a conscious act, fire beams of intense heat at a target by looking at it. He can vary the heat and area affected.
Super-Hearing: Superboy's hearing is sensitive enough to hear any sound at any volume or pitch. With skill and concentration, he can block out ambient sounds to focus on a specific source or frequency.
*Enhanced Vision Superboy's vision processes the entire electromagnetic spectrum as well as allowing vast control over selective perception and focus.
This umbrella ability includes the following:
  *Electromagnetic Spectrum Vision Superboy can see well into most of the electromagnetic spectrum. He can see and identify radio and television signals as well as all other broadcast or transmitted frequencies. Using this ability, he can avoid detection by radar or satellite monitoring methods. This also allows him to see the aura generated by living thing.
  *Telescopic Vision This is the ability to see something at a great distance, without violating the laws of physics. Though limited, the exact extent of the ability is undetermined. In function, it is similar to the zoom lens on a camera.
  *X-Ray Vision This is the ability to see through any volume of matter except lead. Superboys can see things behind a solid, opaque object as if it were not there. He can focus this ability to "peel back" layers of an object, allowing hidden image or inner workings to be observed. The exact type of energy perceived—such as x-rays, cosmic rays, or some other energy invisible to normal humans—is unclear. This ability perceives an ambient energy source though, it does not involve the eye projecting a concentrated, possibly toxic, beam to be reflected back from objects.
  *Microscopic Vision This is the ability to see extremely small objects and images down to the atomic level.
  *Infrared Vision Superboy can see with better acuity in darkness, and to a degree in total darkness.
*Flight Superboy is able to manipulate graviton particles to defy the forces of gravity and achieve flight. This ranges from hovering to moving in any posture, in any direction.
*Invulnerability Due to the interaction of his dense molecular structure and supercharged bio-electric aura, Superboy is nigh-invulnerable to extreme energy forces. In addition, his extends this protection against toxins and diseases.
*Superhuman Stamina Superboy is able to maintain continuous strenuous physical action for an indefinite period of time. This based on his body converting yellow solar radiation directly to energy, but is limited by physiological and psychological needs to eat, drink, and sleep.
*Superhuman Strength Superboy's strength is augmented by yellow solar radiation interacting with the greater than human density, resilience and biological efficiency of his musculature. His strength is more an act of conscious will on energy fields than actual physical strength. It is this act of conscious will that enables him to perform physical feats that are beyond the mere application force, such as moving a mountain top without said rock crumbling under its own mass.
*Superhuman Speed Superboy is able to move at incredible speed by sheer force of will. This extends to his perceptions and allows for feats such as catching bullets in mid flight as well as covering vast distances in little or no time.
This also confers:
  *Superhuman Agility
  *Superhuman Reflexes
*Super-Breath Superboy is able to create hurricane force winds by exhaling air from his lungs. He can chill the air as it leaves his lungs to freeze targets. He can also reverse the process to pull large volumes of air or vapor into his lungs.  [/b]

Tactile Telekinesis At first, Superboy's only superpower was "tactile telekinesis", a telekinetic force field that surrounded his body as a protective shield allowing him to simulate Superman-level speed, strength, flight and invulnerability. The TK field also let Superboy break free of an opponent's grip by pushing the field outward to force the opponent away. Other creative uses include rendering an opponent immobile by extending the TK field as long as they were both standing on the same ground.
*Telekinetic Superhuman Strength He, like Superman was able to lift almost anything he could conceive of. He lifted the world's largest yacht and threw a football at Mach 5. Objects lifted with his telekinetic strength did not crumble under their own weight or internal stresses. This was not super strength in the traditional sense, as Superboy had been bound with chains that were surrounded by an energy field which he was unable to escape because he could not directly affect the chains with his power. It was stated he could lift a battleship.
*Telekinetic Flight Superboy was able to fly at high supersonic speeds using a reflexive action of his telekinesis, literally dragging himself through the sky. Concentration was required to maintain great speeds which could reach roughly speeds of Mach 5.
*Telekinetic Force-Field By creating a field around his body Conner was able to resist or reduce injury from non-energy based attacks by causing the object to be deflected from his personal force field. Bullets and shrapnel were easily deflected. This field did not repel gases or energy based attacks as well, though his skill in deflecting energy attacks improved.
*Tactile Telekinetic Disassemble Conner could exert his force into an object to explode or disassemble it. It's assumed that he could conceivably put an object back together, if he understood how the object functioned in the first place. He could also manipulate aggregate solid masses such as volumes of sand or dust in the same way, causing the individual particles to fly apart in an explosive manner to create particle clouds or a forceful attack. Superboy's hands glowed blue when he did this.
*Telekinetic Force Blasts Superboy also learned that he could project bursts of raw energy bolts from Knockout. He mostly projected the energy from his hands, but his TK field permeated from his entire body. The blasts he emitted had concussive force equivalent to 5,000 pounds of TNT.
*Telekinetic Super Hearing Superboy's TK allows him to hear sounds from far away and through glass.

Weaknesses
Kryptonian Physiology Under the effects of a "yellow" sun, Superboy possesses the same potential weaknesses as an average Kryptonian. These include:
Vulnerability to Kryptonite
Vulnerability to Magic
Vulnerability to Red Sun Radiation The damage from the Red Sun seems to be less effective on him than the full Kryptonians.

Hand-to-hand combatant While normally relying on his sheer strength, Superboy has developed highly proficient combat skills from his training under Black Canary. He is especially good at grappling and takedowns. By 2016, he had taken an active role in training newer members of the Team.
Genomorph programming While Superboy was being force grown, G-Gnomes telepathically fed him information in lieu of a traditional education:

Personality & History

Personality: A fun loving happy-go-lucky person, Kara wants to enjoy life to it's fullest. She is very flirty, outgoing and has a very rebellious attitude, she really does not like limits being set upon her. Life is too short for her to be sad or depressed for too long, she has mourned enough in life after losing her parents, planets and sees that if she stays down in the dumps for too long she has a tendency to make very bad choices. She is very loyal to her friends and values human life. Very Headstrong. Wants to do some good with her life now to honor her family and to put her powers to good use. She loves puppies, compliments, flirting and generally having a good time..so yes party party party when she can. She is still very young and though she tries her best to be serious when she needs to it is not at all her "default" setting.  She loves thrills!

History:

Kara Zor-El is the last survivor of Argo City, which had survived the explosion of the planet Krypton and drifted through space. When the inhabitants of the colony are slain by Green Kryptonite, which was released by meteorites striking the lead barrier, Kara is sent to Earth by her father Zor-El to be raised by her cousin Kal-El (Superman). Fearing that she might not be recognized by Superman, Kara's parents provide a costume based on the Man of Steel's own.

On Earth, Kara acquires powers identical to Superman's and adopts the secret identity of Linda Lee, a resident of Midvale Orphanage. She conceals her blonde hair beneath a brunette wig and functions as Supergirl only in secret, at Superman's request, until she can gain, in his opinion, sufficient control of her powers. After she is adopted by Fred and Edna Danvers, Superman decides his cousin is ready to begin operating openly as Supergirl.

She joined the League and worked along side Nightwing and Cyborg as well as a few other heroes on various missions. She got rather close to Nightwing (As well as one could) as he fell under the tutelage of Superman at the same time she did. She received training from her cousin Superman as well as a few members of the Justice league. She joined in the hopes of following in her cousin's footsteps and maybe making a name for herself but after an argument about controlling her powers more she was sent off to join the new Titans forming by Superman. He felt that being with a group of young adults like her would better suit her until she learned to control herself and to work better in a team rather than soloing her work. Though her self confidence has not shaken she is disappointed with how the league treated her. Often times has she wondered who was stronger her or her cousin since he was used to always controlling and limiting his power while for the most part she was free and unhindered growing up. Now she just hopes to prove herself useful to the titans and wishes to broaden her horizons.

Sound Manipulation:
Supergirl is able to alter her voice in order to affect her surroundings as demonstrated when, in order to get out of a trap created by Cyborg Superman, Kara disrupted the frequency of the machine by screaming at a certain frequency.




Skills and Equipment

Skills:

Distraction/Misdirection: Kara knows how to keep all eyes on her, she enjoys being the distraction and she doesn't always use her looks...

Gymnastics/Athletic: Kara is also skilled in gymnastics. Kara exercises regularly, and enjoy to playing a wide variety of sports, she is very athletic.

Hand to Hand Combat: She is also a good hand-to-hand combatant, having received training in marital arts since she was young and underwent more training with different members of The League.

Leadership: She seems to have the makings of a good leader despite her young age. It is something that can flourish under the right guidance.

Flaws and Weaknesses

Flaws:

Mercurial:  Kara can sometimes be seen as flighty or fickle due to the nature of how her moods can/will flow from one to the other depending on the situation she is in. She isn't crazy she just gets over stuff very quickly...usually. It is possible for Kara to have an argument with someone (loud even), have them hash it out back and forth for a long time only for it to end and 5 minutes later she is over it and her and the person she was fighting with have a new clean slate (in her mind), this does not always go well with people who are either still upset, don't understand her mind set, or are unwilling to let things go. But life is too short for Kara to want to stay mad or sad and it takes something truly bad to cause her to be unhappy for more than a day or two.

Thrill Seeker: Kara is a bit of a thrill seeker. She is not above doing something crazy just for fun or when she is being the "distraction." In fact when she hears the word distraction from her team leader she will grin and say "Distraction? Well..why didn't you just say so?" and promptly go out and be the best dang distraction she can be. When they see that grin on her face some people groan and say it's never a good thing. Her thrill seeking nature can sometimes put her in a tight situation. 

Weaknesses:

Fear of Killing: She is terrified of hurting an innocent because of her powers even if indirectly responsible for it this is her nightmare.

Vulnerability to Sensory Overload: Supergirl's sensitive sense can be overpowered if she is caught unprepared.

Solar Energy Dependancy: If some how someone is able to keep from from getting sunlight for a long period of time she will be rendered as weak as a normal human.

Personality and History

Personality: Traci is a very confident young woman. She acts without hesitation, is direct to the point of bluntness, and enjoys showing some skin. In spite of frequently assisting super-heroes, Traci doesn't consider herself one. Instead she thinks of herself as more of a troubleshooter. This is reflected in how often she goes into action wearing civilian clothes and her disregard for keeping a secret identity. She cares little about personal glory and works well with others, although she is reluctant to formally join teams and prefers looser alliances. Traci is a city girl and loves the urban life. Her environment has given her a somewhat cynical view of the economically advantaged. She uses a lot of contemporary slang in her speech. Traci's personal life consists of doing what feels good regardless of society's rules. Her relationships tend to be friends with benefits rather than deep romantic connections. She is currently estranged from her father who doesn't approve of her lifestyle, both magical and private.

On's: Exhibitionism and rough sex. Traci will try anything twice, just in case something went wrong the first time.

Off's: Society's puritanism and people that become emotionally attached quickly.

History: One of the more unusual marriages in history was between Terrance Thurston, better known as the skeptical parapsychologist Doctor Thirteen, and the Asian sorceress Meihui Lan, who sometimes used the western name Maria. The product of this union was Traci, who strongly took after her mother in both appearance and affinity for magic. Tragically Meihui died early in her daughter's life. The cause was believed to be magic, which enforced Doctor Thirteen's animosity towards it while driving Traci to secretly study the arts of sorcery. Eventually her father found out and a rift grew between the two. By the time she was fifteen Traci was living with a pair of family friends, Ralph and Sue Dibny. The couple were amateur sleuths and taught Traci a lot about deduction. This led her into her own career as an occult investigator, albeit a much different kind than her father. In this capacity she has assisted many super-heroes in mystical matters. This lead to two relationships, one with Jaime Reyes (Blue Beetle) and Natasha Irons (Steel). Both eventually came to amicable endings and Traci remains friends with them. She
is allied with two groups, the alliance of paranormal detectives called the Croatoan Society an a trio of young mages made up of herself, Black Alice, and Zachary Zatara that have dubbed themselves the Coven of Three. Traci has aided the Teen Titans on several cases but has decline formal membership this far. When not working as an investigator Traci makes extra money as a stripper at the Oblivion Bar, a multidimensional dive popular with the rougher supernatural crowd. She uses the stage name "Terri" as a cheap shot at her father, who would not be pleased that his little girl was bumping and grinding in front of wizards and demons.

Flaws and Weaknesses

Flaws:

Drive: Traci is always trying to better her skills at magic and could be tempted by forces she should be wary of. Her thirst for power has damaged her personal life as the wedge between her and her father has as much to do with her stubbornness as it does his.

Secrecy: In matters of the occult a little knowledge can be dangerous so Traci plays her cards close to her chest. At times this causes her to appear either flighty or aloof. Although she gets along well with other, there is still a distance she will not cross. This is why her affiliations and relationships have been mostly informal and casual.

Weaknesses:

Focus: Traci's spells require material components, mundane items she channels her magic through. She either carries these in her backpack or scrounges them off of others.

Urbanization: As she draws power from cities, Traci is much more limited outside of them and tires more quickly when using her magic. Also some of her spells work exclusively in urban settings, such as her divination.

Kiran Singh aka Solstice is a light powered hero and a member of the Teen Titans.

Kiran Singh lives with her parents Vijay Singh and Rani Singh in Delhi, India. They are both brilliant archaeologists who travel to various dig sites around the world. On a trip to the Archaeological Conference in London, Kiran met and befriended Wonder Girl, who had a lot in common with her. Cassie's mother, Helena Sandsmark, has worked with Kiran's parents.

The pair worked together against Lady Zand, the ruler of Zandia. She was attempting to trying to steal priceless artifacts on display at the Archaeological Conference. They stopped the theft, but the thief escaped.

Solstice stays with her parents as they travel to a dig in Mohenjo-Daro, Pakistan. Helena Sandsmark joined them but they were left by the other workers due to their discoveries. Kiran's parents mysteriously disappeared during the night. She spent her time searching for her lost parents.

Helena contacted her daughter and the Titans and asked them for their help. Solstice's powers however had a bad effect on Raven, who could not stand the emitted solar energy.

Red Robin tells to Solstice that he suspects that whoever kidnapped her parents must be from Pakistan. Solstice doesn't believe this since the excavation site is a place that existed before foreign empires established their borders.

The Titans find a mysterious person nearby and try to talk to her, but the person is revealed to be a monstrous creature called Tataka. The Titans then fight the demonic creature with some help from Solstice.

Tataka begins to teleport away, grabbing Helena. However, Cassie grabs her mother and the three disappear.

== Background ==

Lor Zod was conceived in the Phantom Zone and is the son of Admiral Dru-Zod. Lor was released from the Phantom Zone when Admiral Zod's flagship, the Doomsday, was unearthed by Luthorcorp. The Doomsday had crashed on Earth several hundred years ago. Lor subdued the Luthorcorps scientists and private military contractors trespassing on the ship, and launched it into Earth's orbit. This drew the attention of Earth's heroes, who wasted no time in confronting Lor Zod. In this confrontation the Doomsday was destroyed and its wreckage lost on the dark side of the moon.

A year later, Lor Zod became active in Blüdhaven. Organized crime and corrupt city officials were the targets of Lor's heroic efforts, although unlike Superman, Lor did not make any effort to reach out to journalists and identify himself. His abilities and apparel made it obvious that he was a scion of Krypton, and while much was made that he wore the same sigil as General Dru Zod, Lor's heroics eventually calmed all but the worst of his detractors.

Zachary is not at all modest about his powers. He knows he is powerful and believes he has no reason to try and hide that evident fact from people. This has made him seem arrogant and full of himself to others. He can be aggressive and difficult to get along with, making him a nightmare on a team. If Zach doesn’t agree with a plan, then he simply won’t follow it. It is not he needs the team. It is the team needs him; and therefore, his participation in the Teen Titans has been dodgy. One day, he will be seen aiding the team in a mission, and then another day, he will have mysteriously disappeared and told no one where he has gone off to. He has once disappeared across the planet to Japan. Zach does what he wants, and he’ll be less rebellious if people accept him for who he is. He is very open about his opinion and unafraid to say it like it is.

The magician is a trickster and a thief at times. He is a master of the Slight of Hand and can take things from people without them noticing. He has mastered this so well that he can do so without using his powers. He can perform several of his illusions techniques without his powers, and instead, fools the eyes and the brain. While Zach can seem rough around the edges, he can be softened up. It takes time for him to build trust with someone, and once this trust has been established, then he can be a very powerful ally. Currently, his trust bubble exists with his acquaintances in the Coven of Three: Traci Thirteen (Traci 13) and Lori Zechlin (Black Alice).

He was often considered a selfish brat for this unreliable behavior, but Zach didn’t really care. In high school, Mal had a dominant demeanor and appearance, and facing him down was generally considered unwise.  He was particular nice to his friend and mean down right evil if you hurt them.  He has the tendency to be very protective.
Biography
Malcolm "Mal" Duncan saves the Teen Titans from a street gang called the Hell Hawks by beating their leader in a boxing match. Recruited by the Teen Titans, Mal feels unworthy due to his lack of control of his abilities, and stows away on a rocket flight, which nearly costs him his life.  During this time he is screaming and shunted to a dark dimension to where he is able to strangely enough defeat the demon there, he is unsure if it is his prize or is punishment.  But he is infused with the dark energy there.  Upon his return he is gifted with speed, strength and endurance that rivals that of a Kryptonian.  He still has his powers of sound manipulation and has worked tirelessly to control the dimensional part of his powers to keep from going back to that dark place ever again.

Night Vision Mal can see in darkness as well as the Ultraviolet spectrum as easy as regular light
Supernatural Hearing: Mal's hearing is able to notice the pull of shadows making him particularly sensitive to vibrations

Body Resistance  Because of his new demon like physiology he is much more resistant to damage, he is not invulnerable and he does take damage but it takes him far less time to heal from most if not all forms of damage.
Supernatural Stamina Mal is able to maintain continuous strenuous physical action for an indefinite period of in the cover of night or shadows, but is limited by physiological and psychological needs to eat, drink, and sleep, mostly to dream.
Supernatural Strength Mal's strength is augmented by darkness, night, shadows, he has been able to hold his own against Superboy.
Supernatural Speed Mal is able to move at amazing speeds enabling him to move as fast as darkness or as a living shadow.  This also affects his Agility, Reflexes and Perception

Darkness Manipulation  Mal can generate and control the extra-dimensional energy-form known as "Darkforce." This resembles a tangible, impenetrable shadow and possesses several unique characteristics that the he can use:

Personality and History
Personality
While Nightwing is in many ways just as serious and dedicated a crime fighter as his mentor, the Batman, he is far more of a "people person" being generally quite gregarious and charismatic. He -enjoys- being around people and tends to draw them to him rather than push them away, but he does at times have a tendency to get moody and broody, and start alienating friends and family (though he usually manages to get over it relatively quickly). He's also more than a bit of a showman, and his snappy patter and daring acrobatics feed into this role quite nicely. He's a natural leader with a "take-charge" attitude, and despite his apparent youth is a very experienced crime fighter, often serving as a "voice of reason" among his peers. He is deeply compassionate and always tends to look out for the "little guy." Dick is also tremendously loyal to his friends and family, and usually more than willing to "drop everything" to help them.

Biography
When Dick Grayson was a child, he was an acrobatic prodigy travelling with the world-famous "Haly's Circus" along with his parents John and Mary Grayson. The three performers, known as the Flying Graysons, were one of Haly's most famous acts, a fact that went to Dick Grayson's head. Grayson, becoming rather pompous, began to drive away his closest friends Raymond and Raya.

During a major blackout in Gotham City caused by the Riddler, Grayson, who had decided to see a movie while Haly's Circus was in Gotham, was caught alone in the streets. Working with a couple of other kids, Grayson managed to survive the blackout and return to his family at Haly's camp. From the experience Grayson learned not to take his friends for granted and apologized for treating them so poorly.

Haly's Circus hid a dark secret, having been training assassins for the Court of Owls for decades. Unknown to the young acrobat, Grayson had been selected to become the newest Talon for the Court; being groomed to replace Alton Carver.

At the age of sixteen, Dick Grayson's parents were eventually killed by the mobster Tony Zucco on his mother's birthday, leaving the acrobat an orphan. Unable to work as an acrobat anymore, Grayson left the circus, unknowingly escaping his fate of becoming a Talon.

Nightwing Suit As Nightwing, Richard Grayson's costume is tailored specifically to his unique style of crime-fighting. It is made up of sturdy but flexible material that not only suits his strength, speed, and acrobatics but also is durable enough to withstand gunfire. His former costume was a stylized red "wing" across his shoulders and extending to his hands, coloring his two middle fingers, over a black torso and legs. He also has gauntlets much like Batman's suit. He also has variants of his costume with different design elements, one of which was an armored suit that sported a Bat Symbol, which has since been used by Red Hood. His suit houses various hidden compartments for his gadgetry such as smoke pellets, fire extinguishing pellets, wing-dings, and small bombs. The fingertips of the suit also enable him to use lockpicks and a needle which can give chemical analysis.
*Nightwing's Domino Mask: As Nightwing, Dick's domino mask is shaped just like his wing-dings. It has various capabilities such as being able to track the GPS coordinates of a cellphone, thermal vision, detect radio waves, and is capable of giving detailed analysis of scenes and fights.
*Nightwing's Gauntlets: Hidden within secret compartments lies Nightwing's gadgetry, in which a great majority seems to be hidden. He has various gadgetry in his gauntlets such as binoculars and they are occasionally used to store his Escrima Sticks. His gauntlets can also shoot remote bombs, a sonic device with his ear dampeners, and a grapple line.
*Electric Shock: Dick's entire suit is wired to deliver a 150-thousand-volt shock through the gloves of the suit, however it only has enough power for a one-time charge.
*EMP Mask: A highly advanced mask created by Lucius Fox, the mask is made of webbing that retracts light surrounding the wearer's head and artificially alters the appearance of someone's face. Richard has used it to sneak into Arkham Asylum and pose as Joker and used it again to gain information on Lady Shiva.

Escrima Sticks: Personalized by Richard himself, his escrima sticks are dual fighting baton-like sticks. He also later upgraded them so they could shoot a grappling line, and even hold some smoke bombs.
*Electro-Blast: Dick's Escrima sticks are capable of emitting high voltages of electricity.

== Persona ==
Wally West had always wanted to be a superhero ever since he was a little kid.  He has a tendency to be hot-headed and impatient, but he has also proven to be quick-witted and clever.  He's the type to act before he thinks, which has gotten him into trouble more than once before.  If he unintentionally insults someone, he will display genuine regret, apologizing or offering to make it up to the offended party.  He also has a strong vision of the future and displays uncanny deductive reasoning, most likely due to his aptitude in science.

== Key Skills ==
1) Has a keen scientific mind - He's an expert in physics, biology, and geology.  Currently working on a degree in Forensic Science.

2) Mechanical Aptitude - Used to work part-time as a car mechanic to pay his way through college.

== Advantages ==
Super Speed - The Flash has the ability to move faster than the speed of sound.  Recently, Wally has discovered that he could go much much faster than the speed of sound.  The fastest he has ever gone was faster than Mach 10, but even then it is unknown whether or not that is his true top speed.  He may have gone even faster than that during his fight against The Reverse Flash, so he may still have some untapped potential left to discover.  His mentor, Barry Allen was eventually able to move faster than the speed of light, after all...

Accelerated Cognition - His super speed includes the ability to enhance his perception to match his speed.

Protective Aura - He has an aura that protects him from friction and makes him tough enough to withstand the forces that come with moving at superhuman speeds.  This aura also somehow prevents damage to the environment that would normally happen when one moves at super speeds.

Accelerated healing factor

Lending and Taking Speed - His connection to the Speed Force allows him to temporarily turn others into speedsters or bolster their metabolisms and healing abilities.  He can also take away a person's speed and indirectly absorb kinetic energy (i.e., prevent earthquakes).

== Disadvantages ==

Wally's super speed comes with an accelerated metabolism, meaning that he would have to consume a lot more food than the average man of his size and age.  While he has control over his accelerated perception of time, if he's not consciously controlling it, he may end up activating it without even noticing.  For example, he could be standing in line for what would feel like hours on end.  Only when he starts paying attention will he realize that only five seconds have passed in "real" time.

== Background == Wally West was one of if not the biggest fan of the Flash.  His aunt, Iris West knew that it was Wally West's biggest dream to meet the real Flash.  Barry Allen was a forensic scientist and Iris had hoped that with his police connections, he might be able to set up some sort of meeting.  One summer, Wally went to visit his aunt in Central City and was excited because that was where the Flash operated.  Barry Allen brought Wally to the Central City Police laboratory and it was there that Wally got to meet his hero, the Flash.  Through some freak coincidence, the same freak accident that gave the Flash his powers repeated itself, this time granting Wally the same speed powers.  With these new powers, Wally became Kid Flash I and fought crime alongside his new mentor, The Flash II... AKA Barry Allen.

One day, Barry Allen went missing.  While Barry remained missing, Wally took over his duties by protecting both Central City and Keystone City.  It eventually became apparent, however, that Barry Allen wasn't coming back and Wally was going to have to take over the mantle.  During an encounter with Reverse-Flash, Wally was forced to push his powers to the limit and break through the psychological block he had placed on himself.  To prevent himself from truly "replacing" Barry, Wally had subconsciously limited his speed so that he could never become his mentor's equal, but Reverse-Flash's bragging that he would become the true Flash forced Wally past this block as he feared Reverse-Flash replacing Barry more than he feared himself doing so.  This breakthrough was the first step toward allowing Wally to discover the Speed Force and his special connection to this extra-dimensional source of energy.  He was even able to temporarily break past the speed of light during the fight.  In the aftermath of the conflict, Wally took up the mantle of the Flash.

A couple months later, Barry Allen returned.  At first, he was surprised when he learned that Wally had become the new Flash during his absence.  They agreed, however, that there was room in the world for more than one Flash.  Wally continued operating as the Flash of Central and Keystone city while Barry mostly operated as a member of the Justice League.
