Is anyone here familiar with kanji? (Looking for a quick translation!)

I've been working on a dollhouse kit I got from Japan, this really cool sushi restaurant. Thanks to a decent amount of pictures in the manual and some... creative interpretation of it, the project is coming along nicely, until I got to the display window of the store. There's labels to place to showcase the various menu items, but there's a lot more food to make and model than just the 5 labels. I want to label it correctly, but I don't know what items to display by each label. If anyone could help me translate these labels, I'd be really grateful.

I just need translations for the A01 box, the sake labels should be pretty interchangeable. Thank you so much for the help, E!

鮭ちらし (shake chirashi) -> rice bowl with salmon sashimi scattered (chirashi) on top
うに丼 (uni don) -> rice bowl with sea urchin sashimi
福にぎり (fuku nigiri) -> fuku literally means "lucky" and nigiri is a type of sushi that is pressed by hand
焼酎 (shouchuu) -> Japanese beverage distilled from sweet potatoes/rice, kinda like vodka
漁火ちらし (gyoka chirashi) -> probably another type of rice bowl with sashimi on top, I've never heard of this, gyoka seems to mean a kind of light used for fishing at night

Aaaand here's the finished display case! I messed up the glass cutting a bit, sadly there's no second tries there, but other than that, I'm pretty happy with the end result! Thanks again, Storm!

Just thought I'd let you know that the googæe translate phone app has a kanji reader you can use with your camera. It's not 100% accurate, but it's helped my husband quite a bit when we've been in Japan together and he's been looking at stuff without me or someone else from my family around.
I have taken the Oath of the Drake
"--But every sin...is punished, but punished by death, no matter the crime. No matter the scale of the sin. The people of the city live in silence, lest a single word earn them death for speaking out against you."

"Yes. Listen. Listen to the sound of raw silence. Is it not serene?"

Yep, looks about right to me. Fuku nigiri sounds like the name of a restaurant-specific set of mixed nigirizushi of various types as you've chosen to label it. Gyoka chirashi might well be another restaurant-specific dish with some dark stuff (e.g. shredded nori) covering most of the bowl, sort of giving the "fishing by night" meaning of gyoka.

I figured as much. Based on the descriptions you gave me and the models I had available, this seemed like the most likely arrangement. Your description of the booze really helped too, there were 3 kinds of bottles, but I figured the orange would be best to represent sweet potato liquor.

The bottle also reads 'oji-chan' which I think is familiar enough to anyone who watches anime. XD
