I may be late for this party and my character idea is a little odd.  Let me see if a brief synopsis doesn't get immediately disqualified.

Name: Lassie
Age Late teens to young adult
Occupation Former college student
Personality: A civilized, repressed, urbane, well-educated bookworm not quite able to suppress aspects of a wolf's form and personality.  Embarrassed by such animal instincts, Lassie is constantly trying to be human only.  The effort of this only causes the wolf to manifest at awkward times.

Backstory

Some people know what they want to be while in elementary school, Lassie (not her real name) thought those people were slackers.  She was born to a family of wealth and social standing, in addition to being naturally bright, attractive and fashionable.   It was expected she would marry well and produce the next generation of social climbers.  Lassie herself couldn't imagine more for a life.

But not long ago, under extreme stress, she changed into a wolf.  As luck would have it, she was alone and undiscovered.  It wasn't too long before she found her Oregon pack found her and/or she found them.  It could be that Lassie was the result of an illicit (and forgotten) affair between a male werewolf and Lassie's human mother.  Or perhaps the very recessive werewolf genes finally expressed themselves in this distant relation.

While Lassie doesn't mind the senses and perspective of a wolf, it interferes with her very proper social life.  So she schedules 'Werewolf Time' in her appointment app.  The problem is that, over time, Lassie is losing full control over her human form and personality.  With concentration, she can suppress the lupine changes for a time but not for very long.  This means that time spent in the company of unknowing humans must be well-planned and relatively brief.  Some of the time, she stays on the pack's property as a free-spirited but reclusive hippie chick.  But other times, she has to pretend to be the family 'dog' among regular humans (she can maintain a wolf's form indefinitely).  The sheer indignity of being a genius-level prodigy on scholarship pretending to be someone's pet irritates Lassie greatly.  She is desperately looking for a cure for her lack of control.  A wise manipulator can use this to great advantage.

Wolf Lassie's wolf-form happens to resemble a wolf-hybrid or large domestic hound, at least to the untrained eye.  This happy coincidence allows Lassie to maintain a public cover as a 'service animal' to a PC volunteer or NPC 'beard'.
Favored Kink(s): I love the idea of a straight-laced, prudish character losing control of themselves now and then.  Her loss of physical control will generally lead to moments of public dishabille as her dog cover doesn't have clothes on when it fails.  Also, her unreliable human form will occasionally grow anthro wolf characteristics.  The loss of mental control will lead to all kinds of disinhibition which will embarrass Lassie greatly when she regains enough human perspective to be humiliated. 
Offs: Rather than give a long list of Offs, I will say this instead; I've never been offended by anything simply offered as long as I as a player have a chance to gently decline.

What advantage is Lassie to the Pack with her unstable control over her form?  It could be that the Pack simply doesn't abandon their less-capable members.  Otherwise, assume that Lassie has some truly rare skills and advantages in her human form that the Pack really needs.  Being able to summon that human form when it is needed is the real trick that should lead to some great character moments.

Okay let me put it this way. I have good weeks where 3 posts/week is easy and bad weeks where 1 post/week is hard. How does that fall as far as your posting rate required goes?
