Would this violate 1x1 search bumping policy?

I recently made a search thread on the 1x1 search board that merely listed a few characters I felt like playing. It has since fallen off the first page and I would like to add another post containing plot ideas. Would this be alright to do or should I edit the original message instead?

Sorry if this seems like a nitpicky question, I just want to make sure I start off on the right foot.

I think as long as your followup posts have content (not just "updated" or "bump" type verbiage), it does not count as a bump.

Check my A/A | O/O | Patience is begged. Momma to Rainbow Babies and teetering toward the goal of published author. Tentatively taking new stories.

If you're adding content, you can bump after a week.  If you're not adding content (i.e., something like 'Still looking'), then you should wait a month.

Thanks! Also, I realized a bit late that I mistook the non-adult storytelling for the non-adult roleplay forum and have accidentally posted the following thread in the wrong spot. My apologies.

Hi j3ll0m0nk3y, I'll scoot that to the right forum for you in just a moment. If you've bookmarked the link, it'll remain the same for you.

[EDIT] All moved!

Well I just learned something today.  Although I would like to ask - what is the policy on posting multiple threads?  I stick with a single thread, so I can only bump once a week as I add things.  But I see several people with multiple threads that, at the most cynical take, are just trying to get around this rule.

If we see that someone has 4 threads on the first page, Staff will contact that person and point them at the policy post.  If we've nudged someone previously, we may lock or remove the oldest of the threads.
