Need picture help

Does anyone have the time/ability to make the heart part of this picture a stand alone pic with no background (for signature use)? >.< I know there are programs, but I just don't have the skills to learn. I tried once and if I try today my head might explode, implode, or melt.

Is this okay? Looks a little rough, can change that if necessary. The transparency blocks make it hard to see the overall image on Photoshop >_>
