LF Assistance - Research

Good evening fine folks,

I'm currently working on my 4th novel and I've been trying to get help in all the wrong places apparently, Facebook and Reddit primarily. I'm just looking for information about Miami. Essentially the story is going to take place there and as I've never been down there I'd like to represent the city fairly well. I like to research cities and the like but I just couldn't really find the exact answers for my questions. Like for instance in New York a nice upscale area could be in any number of places.

The characters are young, 23 & 24 respectively, girls who were very active both socially and as members of the athletic clubs, one went and started a band the other went and became a video game streamer. Both are partners in a BDSM relationship and have been together now since senior year of highschool.

So my questions are as follows

1) IF these characters had a nice condo, 200 to 250k range, what part of Miami does that put them in?
2) What places would be hot places for a young couple of girls to go to blow of steam?
3) Are there any Gyms in the area that would allow them to stream their workouts to their fans?
4) Getting around town, do you have to have a car or can you make it on a bike?
5) What's the atmosphere like for alternative relationships?
6) What sorta romantic places would these two go?
7) If one of the girls, the streamer, was being led around in public by a leash is this the type of thing that would cause police to swing by?

I sorta figure number 7 is a no no in Florida, but technically in Indiana there was a girl who used to do this with guys and the police were always like "It's not illegal, stop bugging them." Which I thought was kinda cool, weird but cool.

I've a friend in Florida, but I think she's about 150km from Miami. Not sure if that's close enough to really be of help for what you want, but I can ask her if you think it would.

There's a lot of towns 150 KM's around Miami, HH. But I'll take any info I can get.

I did a bit of research and I have found that the price range for the house the two characters would live in wouldn't be in their price range in Miami.

Do you know exactly what city your friend lives in?

No, just where she goes to school. I'm presuming she's reasonably local to that.
