Right Of Ownership (Seeking male character, D/S, Incest)

Let me begin by saying that the sex of my partner and the sex of the character being played will have no bearing on my willingness to write with you.

I will admit that I have not had much luck with D/S or M/S story concepts, but I feel that this is more often than not linked to the fact that the vast majority of partners who have expressed an interest in playing D/S or M/S stories with me have been in such a rush to get to the story that neither of us really touch on what the other is looking for... so things go off the rails and the story ends. So, if you're interested in the below concept, be prepared to take significant time to discuss what we both want out of it.

In brief, the story concept is...

While helping his mother to  take the belongings of his recently deceased father out of the attic, he comes across a container that contains, among other things, a contract that makes his mother property, a slave owned by his father. He's shocked and confused by the fact and confronts her with the documents. To his surprise, she confirms the documents and confides the reasons for her voluntary enslavement to his father. Before he can process the information, she hits him with another whopper... he's inherited her as his slave... the will that left everything to him... the house... the cars... the bank accounts... included her too!

My concept of the concept is a story that follows the young man and his newly acquired slave in the form of his mother, just what he has and the journey from a young man with a woman who's not only completely submissive to him, but needs him to own her. Will he use her and enjoy her? Will he be causous and wary about what she'll actually do or will the story take some other route? The story will involve incest and potentially more extreme elements.

I do not believe, as many do, that D/S or M/S requires the use of torture or extreme discipline, so if that's what you're looking for,we will not make a good match. I don't have a problem with spankings or paddles, restraints or some erotic pain, but I just don't find the idea of whips and caning for cumming without permission (because she had a gag in her mouth) to be particularly useful in such a story. I don't mind pet play or extreme insertions, but I draw the line at using a knife or needles simply because you can. So, hopefully this gives you some idea of what I'm not seeking in the story.
