A Specific Craving: Vampire the Masquerade

Hello there!  Thanks for stopping by.

I'm Silver.  I had a few specific story cravings I'd be interested in writing out since work has decided to taper off and I find myself with more time on my hands.

First off, please PM me if you are interested and check over my O/Os to make sure we are all on the same page.  There is a link in my signature.  I am only looking to play via forums at this time.

Specific Plots:

The Midnight Dance: A "Vampire the Masquerade" Story: I have been craving a "Vampire the Masquerade" story for some time now and would be interested in writing one out with a knowledgeable partner.  I am seeking a fellow writer who is familiar with both the setting and the vampire clans involved.  We don't need to go insanely indepth but I would like to preserve the structure and background of the setting.  I would like to write something set in modern times and dealing with the rise of two Kindred in a major metropolitan area.  I am aiming for either Anarchs or Camarilla as far as sects go or even doing something that focuses entirely on "in-clan" independent politics such as the Giovanni family.  We can hammer out the plot specifics but I'd like to include more of a romance feel to this story than the "dick each other over while engaging in bloody sexual fits" plots I've had in the past for the genre.  It's going to be a darker, gritter romance of course, considering they are blood suckers.  So, expect blood, violence, open sexuality, pain, all those fun things.  Some Dominate and Presence "play" would be fun as well.

If we can squeeze in the Goth Punk fashion, all the better.  Heh.

I hope to find someone who isn't afraid to help run NPCs as well.  Having hunting scenes is part of the allure for me and being able to play off each other as writers while sharing or managing the NPCs and the world together is a big draw.

I was a big fan of Vampire the Masquerade, and followed the tv series more so. If thats agreeable, i can play it out with you. I could play as a Toreador vampire. Carmarilla works for me, and I can play some NPC's if you want, I have been getting better at that.

I like the idea of it being more romantic as well. If you want to play it out, tell me a bit more about the plot, your character, and where you see it starting. The tv series was set in San francisco, but we could set it elsewhere if you prefer.
