Basically a listing of members who have had their access levels restricted, giving the reasons. Deverified members aren't listed here - Deverified members are simply members who have not logged into E in some time, and have a bouncing e-mail address.
Elliquiy's policy regarding banning goes like this:Warning -> Castration -> Suspension -> Ban
That is, a recent warning (how recent depends on severity) means that instead of another warning, you get castrated. There we make an attempt to get a better resolution to your issue. If the behavior that got you castrated continues, you get put into the Suspended group. In the Suspended group you will be required to discuss your behavior with staff, and let us know how you intend to correct what landed you there. If the behavior continues with no indication that you intend to mend your ways you will be Banned. You may reapply from a Ban after two years.
In some cases, we will skip warnings and/or castration if the offense is serious enough. Rest In Peace
A restricted access level I made for CjaC after her sister logged into her account - while I have nothing against her family, it was generally thought that they should not have access to her PMs. This, plus I thought the word 'banned' in her profile was inappropriate.
Note that CjaC and Nightbird are special cases - they were significantly involved here, and were in regular phone contact with multiple members who also knew other family members. Elliquiy has been 'pranked' before, so unless there is solid evidence about someone passing on, the best I will offer is sympathy.Suspended Members
Suspended members are effectively banned - they can see their own forum, post their own thread there, and nothing else. They cannot view PMs or access any features of the board not available to a guest, save for that one forum.
Sometimes members ask to be Suspended. This is of course up to them.
All contact information of suspended members is stripped from their profile. If you choose to contact them, you are warned that Elliquiy's staff cannot control what happens if you contact someone outside of Elliquiy, and we cannot help you if you take it upon yourself to roleplay outside of the site.
