IP Adresses

I have read that an IP address conflict can delay approval. I am not tech savvy by any means, so I am hoping that someone can answer this for me. I post from my personal computer as well as my phone. Will this generate separate IP adresses, and if so, is this something that could delay my approval? Thanks in advance.

No this is not a problem. It is when two people share the same IP a delay can occur.
